Are the staff are allowed to touch customers especially when I have informed them numerous times to not tescos will end up with a claim of harassment and assault.

Worst experience online shopping in my life. Wasted my time show stock thats not available but only told me at checkout. Half the items dont get delivered but they take your money. Better off going in and doing it myself. Usless company

I am a regular customer that I do shopping at Tesco purley London nearly for 6 years. Two days ago I needed to buy just some items which I used the basket. Straight way I went to self-service machine paying by cash,but by mistake I used the machine paying by card. The machine used to be: left side paying by card and right side paying by cash so I wanted to pay by cash. I didn't know the machine were changed. After I finished scanning the items I asked an assistant for help When she comes with a very angry face, with her finger pointed to the screen and saying to me "are you paying by cash??? But read it, it says paying by card!!!" Oh, I'm sorry I used to use the machine on this side, I didn't see the machine are changed" , and I did apologise twice to her. She was very nervous and pointed me to move to another machine, and then pointed again to the machine screen and saying "can you read it ?!it says paying by cash !!!* I told to her no need to shout at me. She made me feel stupid and blind, and I was feeling embarrassed when other costumers looking at us. Her behaviour was unprofessional and even I apologised two times she had not empathy at all. At least is not end of the world if you choose the wrong self-service machine. If she works as an assistant and she's there to help the costumers. The costumers are human and they are different, some of them are quicker and some are slower. That's the assistant are there and be paid to help and do their work properly. After I finished shopping, I was looking for her to ask her name but, she was disappeared. It was a lady (I'm not sure, maybe from India) with short black hair on her early 60s. I think she must be trained about her duties and how to treat the costumers, or to leave the job I have seen the same situation with some other costumers, but this time it happened to me. I am very very disappointed!

Delivery cancelled today (Friday) with little notice, no compensation and a "not our problem" attitude. Very poor

Went to tesco purley to get gift card for a gift that was bought for me . Which did not fit . Sales assistant told me she can't refund both items since it was more then 20pds . I asked her you can give me two separate gift cards which she refused to do . So I will have to go back again not happy with the service so I will try and get a refund

Tesco shame on you. wanted to charge me 30 pence to put two jacket potatoes in so they didn’t get contaminated by other goods bleach etc etc shame on you filthy rich Tesco 69 year old spoken to by two staff like I was a c. All family got disturbed and woken from your delivery driver delivering to our small block to our upstairs Neighbour at 11/45 pm last night, the noise was unbearable dragging stuff up one block of stairs and down again, shouting on phone outside my bedroom window, unbelievable.

Tesco put LEAKING unbagged bleached based products which have not been ordered in to boxes containing unbagged fruit and vegetables Taking them out and cleaning the box resulted in burns to both of my arms and ruined fruit and vegetables. They have ignored repeated calls and emails and obviously have no regard at all for customer safety. They refused to engage on phone, text or email and continue to withdraw money from my account for delivery when I have expressly asked them to stop. Appalling
