I know it’s exceptional times, but can’t get on email, phone to even register as in vulnerable group!

Bought a summer house through Tesco Direct from a company called BillyOh sheds, truly bad experience with delivery times, when it was eventually delivered the pair who delivered were rude and arrogant, when building the summer house there were parts missing, BillyOh did not want to know and Tesco Direct say take it up with the supplier, Surely as I paid my money to Tesco Direct then my contract is with them, I want my money back and they can come and take their "part" shed back.

I won't order from them again. Useless and unhelpful staff when i called Tesco Direct Distribution. Bad customer service. Would not even give a goodwill gesture!

Well all the reviews on here says at all. I certainly will never order from them again. Absolute nightmare trying to get a refund from a third party seller via Tesco Direct. Will stick to other well deserving companies in future..

Recently ordered Canon printer Cartridges on line. Tesco Direct claim "order by 5pm collect next day" On checking the tracking History found the following entry. 10:50 30th August Delivery failed Oxford Depot. Customer services were contacted and their investigation revealed that the driver of the Courier service Tesco use claimed they did not get a response from the goods in department at the.depot. This meant a further day to await delivery. At 7:55pm that evening I noticed an email sent at 4:18 pm informing me that my item was in store awaiting collection as my Tesco is only a short distance I went to collect but was unable to do so as this facility closes at 8pm. The following day I went to the store and was told the order had not arrived the member of staff checked after being made aware of the email the previous day and returned with my order claiming that she was not aware it had been delivered. It transpired that the empty toner was not the cause of my printers malfunction and I returned the cartridges to the store and got a refund even though they had been opened. Customer services in Dundee however were not so accommodating.

Items missed from my order with no notification, a couple of other items were best before on the day of my delivery, not good enough

I have made orders twice from Tesco Direct and each was not satisfactory. The first order I made , I chose delivery , despite the cost , expecting that the item would be delivered within a few days, it ended up arriving more than ten days later, past the date I needed it as a gift for a friend. The second time , I ordered a Lego set for my daughter but chose to pick it up in store next day as I thought this would be more reliable than home delivery. I was given a time to collect and turned up to wait for nearly hour because the staff said the delivery was being unloaded only to find my item wasn't on it. I had to ring customer service to check twice before it finally arrived three days after it should have done. Considering the size of the company you would expect just alittle more efficiency and customer consideration, and ordering on the website is as slow as the delivery. It may have variety and some cheap prices, but the hassle isn't worth the price.

I looked at the 'customer' reviews (or are they real customers?) of a sleeping bag on Tesco direct. The reviews were very good. "I'll buy it" I thought. I bought the product and found it to be at best average quality. Substantially worse than Tesco direct had implied on their website. I wrote a review on Tesco Direct explaining how I felt about the product. Tesco deleted my review. Now I know how the product got such good 'customer' ratings on Tesco Direct. Because Tesco remove the honest, negative reviews.
