As a new customer to Tescodirect online shopping I am very impressed with the whole experience and am happy to give them a five star rating,

The most rude staff I have ever met! I ordered 1st time from Tescodiredt and it was the worst experience ever - and not actually the fact that only half of my order was delivered to the store (at last that I was told by the staff) I ordered 4 items and got 1 tracking number - email updates said the order will be in 2 parcels, 2 items each. The wrost was the experience in the store - I was told that the 1 parcel they had was ALL I paid for!! Wanted me to sign collection and go away! They weren't interested in emails on my phone! When I asked them to open the parcel and show me the 4 items, the girll by the counter opened it and went mad when it turned out there were only 2 items!!!! And she said to me "it is not a reason to be rude" ! Tesco is really the worst brand and looks like for the worst people as I can't understand how somebody can be happy with such manners and language, not mention the store itself. Not recommended, especially the Northampton Bordeaux Close store.

Order- 4M6M6K8QC. Items come 'packaged' in plastic bags. Who could know then that a gift then arrives completely second hand battered and 'opened'. Beggars belief as did the apparent apathy when trying to highlight the issue... I mean, this is Tesco's stock, their money right? I was advised Tesco inspect all packaging on return, therein lies the issue and frustration, there is and was none to inspect. Too big to care maybe? I do know I wont order again as whats the point when competitors send in boxes or actually care.

I have pre-ordered 5 video games, FarCry 5 being the latest which I received on the date of this review, all of which arrived on the date the games were released, and purchased a Samsung Galaxy tablet using their click and collect service at a local Tesco store which was there on the following working day for me to collect. I was even sent an email to inform me that the item was there and ready for my collection. I can't understand how Tesco has such a low score here on TrustPilot, the service has been perfect for me. For the record, all items were purchased directly from Tesco Direct and not third party retailers whose goods are sold via the Tesco Direct Website.

I ordered a baby car seat for my grandson. It arrived in good time, but that's were it ends. The baby seat was faulty and if you tired to place a baby in and the baby tried to lean forward the safety straps would not hold the baby in place. I was advised to return the item in store which I did, I advised Tesco direct and the store manager to take the item down as it's dangerous and potentially lethal as of to date they are still advertising it for sale. I then placed a review for others to see but Tesco sent me an email saying it doesn't reach there guide lines, I called Tesco and was told I need to speak to customer services and I would be transferred at which I was cut off. Tesco are knowingly putting baby's at risk of death.

Terrible experience and would never order from them again. Refused to replace garden furniture which was faulty and said it was how it had been stored over the winter ( even though it had been stored in a dry shed) when I got it out in spring to use it, it was full of holes which was not vermin and nothing other than a manufacturing fault but they refused to help despite photographic evidence and owning it for only a few monthsI only bought it that autumn and never used it. Had to get rid of it as was unsightly, so never got t use it not even once !!! Avoid these con merchants as will not get any help if u have a problem once they have your money. I wasted £240 on this pile of junk and not even an apology!!! Buyers beware !

If only I had looked at this website before placing my order, as everything that has been posted is true. Tesco Direct take no responsibility other than taking your money. I add my agreement with other reviews and say don’t use them!!

Very bad service! No communication, no apologies, nothing but very bad service.
