How much have they invested in this website and they still slap a feedback form in your face after 5 seconds... Don't hire inept people and you won't need annoying feedback forms. One word - Amazon. I won't bore you with every problem but this epitomises Tesco... The new 2015 (3rd generation) Kindle Paperwhite was released 8 days ago (29 June 2015) by Amazon for £109. Tesco are still flogging the older 2013 (2nd gen) model for the exact same price. And naive customers are still paying premium money for an inferior product. Sad! Just inept right across the board in all departments. I know, I've worked in the stores.

Ordered an ipad on Sunday at 4:54pm from Tesco Direct with collection from my local store from 3pm the next day, their cut off is 5pm so I was in time for this but only just. I received the e-mail confirming this but no subsequent dispatch or delivery e-mails were received but neither was there any communication telling me there was a delay or a problem. As such I called Tesco customer services to find out where my order was only to be told 'I'm sorry there must be a problem but i don't know why'. The only option open to me was to cancel the order and order again. I was told my local store had one of the product in stock but no offer to reserve the item or contact the store to hold it was made so I decided to cancel and get the money back. Unfortunately I lost trust in their service and have ordered elsewhere instead. The only reason this is a two star review and not one star is because the chap at customer services was polite and my refund has been received within 24 hours.

I have had a really bad time trying to receieve a parcel i ordered from tesco direct. The delivery person apparantely came on three occasions and left a card, I was in on all three occasions and no card left. I am very dissapointed with Tesco for choosing such a rubbish company. After all the reviews on Yodel and Tesco still uses them and let the customer down. I am so stressed out with this ordeal and hope the person in charge of logistics in Tesco's and any other company that uses them to do his job and sort this mess out.

Tesco Direct is a terrible company to deal with. Have spent 3 hours so far trying to sort out order. First one left outside garage of wrong house in wrong road and wrong postcode. It was left to me to chase it up and speak to driver and deal with delivery company (Hermes). Then Tesco direct finally agreed to send a replacement and the girl processing it made a complete mess and cancelled order by mistake. Took 5 more calls to resolve, to refund, and repurchase. Paid for express delivery for Saturday but did not come. They had lost the order. Ordered again on Sunday paid for express delivery but not delivered AGAIN. Will take more calls to resolve. No offer of any compensation for wasted time (3 hours calls and 3 days waiting in for delivery so far). Now 2 weeks since first order. Also cost me a fortune from my mobile. Hermes are a very poor company and whilst Tesco use them I would avoid Tesco Direct..

I am leaving my negative review here as no matter how well/constructive I word my review Tesco direct will not publish a negative review on there site which I think in its self speaks a thousand words. I placed my order for a Hotpoint freezer which was on offer and I was also able to use some boost vouchers towards my purchase. Everything ordered fine email recieved to inform me someone will be in touch to arrange delivery of my freezer. I recieved the call a few days later with them wanting to deliver the freezer the coming Saturday I explained I was in the process of moving to a new address and that I would want it delivering there only I was awaiting for a confirmed completion/moving in date. I was asked to make a provisional date and that it would be no problem to amend this date at a later time so I did. I rang them back a few days later to amend the delivery date to the week after now I was told that the order would need to be cancelled and a new delivery set up and that I risk losing the freezer going out of stock. I asked if could I have delivered to a different adress then on the original date and I was told they would still need to cancel off original order and risk the freezer going out of stock. I explained how dissapointed I felt and that I had been provided false information on first making a delivery schedule but the lady on the phone didn't sound to care much. She made the new delivery date and said that it has all gone through fine my new date is confirmed that I have a freezer and that I should expect a message text the day before the delivery with a delivery time, fantastic,thanks,phone down. 20 minutes later a phone call sorry to tell you the freezer is out of stock! how I have paid for it? I have made the delivery date? Sorry it would of been released to someone else when you amended your delivery date, o you mean the one I was told would not be a problem changing!! Hotpoint & Tesco direct customer services are useless they are unable to offer any resolution other than a refund so other than using up my vouchers I will stay clear of Tesco direct 1)because of my recent bad experience and 2)as they do not publish anything other than positive reviews so as a consumer how can I make an informed desision on a purchase.

Ordered some speakers from tesco direct on my girlfriends tesco account but in my name on my credit card. they took the payment fine but i couldnt collect my order and customer services wouldnt talk to me as it wasnt my account regardless if I placed the order and paid, they were basically rude and hung up. bottom line, took my money but didnt want to help! will order from amazon next time, first and last time ordering from tesco direct

I made an order to be delivered at the start of the week, knowing i needed the food for the weekend. Online it said 4+ days for several items. When they were delivered they all went out of date within 2 days. Whats the point of stating how long produce will last if they don't obide by it? Although they gave me a full refund I now how to go purchase the items again, and those that go out of date will just get wasted. No compensation at all, rubbish.

Great prices, quick delivery. A few hiccups here and there but generally very good.
