Ordered 2 items from Tesco direct. First lot delivered to Aberdeen when I live in Cardiff. Second item still waiting for 8 days after ordering.

Lies, lies, lies.... I ordered a TV from the Tesco Direct counter in store after viewing it on the direct site. It seemed like a great deal as there was already a good discount on the product and with the boost promotion got another £108 off. 5 -7 days delivery delays I was told..... Fair enough! it is now 12 days and every time I call them I am told it's getting put on the delivery truck from the warehouse for click and collect and should be with me in a couple of days. Every day I am told this. I called this morning again and this time was told that all the customer service advisors were told to say this but in reality no one has any idea where anyone's products are. They don't even know which warehouses products are and we all have to just wait and see. it could be another few days, it could be another few weeks - who knows...! Shocking customer service. I have now noticed the TV I have bought and paid for (how much interest are Tesco making from the thousands of payments they have received with no one getting their goods....) has been reduced by a further £10. So I have paid for a product that is now cheaper and I still haven't even got mine yet. I'ld cancel the order if I hadn't bought a compatable sound bar and bass bin to go with it (ordered from someone else and delivered in two days.) Also I would have to pay over a hundred pound more for it. They have got me under a barrel really. All Tesco had to do was tell me the truth, let me know there will be a substantial delay and offer a decent bit of compensation, but no... Just tell the customer lies and we might get away with it. They still have orders will be delayed 5-7 days on the site and a notice at the direct counter saying the same. I am off to the store today with a Tesco branded notice printed out saying 'We will try to get orders out in 5-7 days but it could be next year for all we know.....' and will be replacing their notice with mine... Please give Tesco Direct a wide berth til they get this sorted. Nah! Just give Tesco a wide berth - FULL STOP. Lies... Lies...lies... 15 days now and counting....Zzzzzz

Placed an order last Wednesday to collect Thursday. It's now Tuesday and had an email telling me it was still in the warehouse. Also they took payment without item being sent out which they say they don't do!

Tesco direct, what is going on? I ordered products a week ago today and half of the items I have ordered have not even been dispatched. When I call them, they are blaming it on clubcard boost but it seems ridiculous they didn`t expect higher demand. Can you imagine if Amazon or Next had a delivery system like this when they have high demand, they simply can`t fulfill orders? I only use Tesco direct because of clubcard boost, otherwise I would never use it. Until they sort out their delivery/logistics system, it’s almost unusable...

Ordered monday still waiting friday for next day collection LOL what a joke 5 days and been told try checking at my store on monday a full 7 days after next day collect.

Placed, and paid, for an order on Sunday and was told it would be available to collect in store from 3pm on the Monday. Around midday on the Monday i receive an email saying that it has been delayed and won't be available until the Tuesday. So Tuesday comes, still not arrived. Wednesday comes, still not arrived. Finally shows up at 3pm on the Thursday. 3 full days after it was due. Pathetic. Avoid at all costs!

Order cancelled after 4 days because THEY delivered the goods to the wrong store. No tel call or apology just an email saying refund requested has been processed when I didn't request it. Two wasted journeys to the store. Wish I'd read these reviews first.

Last week I used tesco direct collect at store next day after 3 pm twice. The item never been in store at the next day. Never been even at following day. Really bad service. About a year I bought 2 hard discs from tesco and NAS station from Amazon Germany. NAS came From Germany after 5 days where hard discs from tesco didn't. When I mentioned this in review they removed my review. Terrible service!
