If I could give minus I would! joke. I paid over a £100 for a 3ds paid 6 pounds for delivery on Wednesday. I stayed of work waited from 7am to 7 pm nothing. They dont even know where my package is. Complete and utter disgrace all im getting back is a 6 pound delivery fee. Avoid at all costs!!! Stick with Amazon

Ordered 5 items from tescodirect.com and on checkout specified that ALL items should be delivered to me, and NOT collected from nearest store. 2 small Items were delivered to me and I was informed that 3 (bulky) items were waiting for me at the store to collect. Called customer services and they could not explain the situation or how I might have the other 3 items delivered. "Why can't you just pick them up from the store?" they enquired. "Because I don't have a big enough car" I responded. And why should I when I had expressly ordered that they should be delivered to my address? The customer agent on the phone was useless and offered no alternatives for me - "Computer Says No" - I asked to speak to her supervisor and she told me she WAS the supervisor (God forbid). I hung up at that point. I emailed the chairman of Tesco in the end, and he passed the problem along to the relevant authority in his chain of command and they refunded me the cost of the stuff I was unable to collect and returned it from the store to the warehouse. Nightmare from start to finish. John Lewis for me next time.

They were unable to organise delivery to me correctly. I paid extra for Saturday delivery and they have attempted delivery at the wrong address when it is clearly shown and correct on the order. I have contacted them about going to the wrong address even when the correct address is on the package and still, they have somehow managed to screw that up, after 2 so-called delivery attempts to me where I even took time off work to stay at home for it. Now they have left the parcel at a local shop that is actually further away than the local tesco store which is bewildering to me as a solution to the problem. And the icing on the cake... they have left the parcel collection card at whatever other address they were trying to deliver to so it's not like I can collect it easily from the shop. Plus, the shop they have sent it to is closed today. Great job Tesco, you have managed to screw up on the simplest of tasks... reading the address on the order! It's not difficult, Asda, Amazon, eBay, USC, Argos and other retailers have all managed to deliver to me without a single issue.

Poor customer service. Unorganised and confusing staff members with a lack of knowledge on company policy and it seems customer care!

I ordered some Christmas presents later than usual this year due to being sick, but the items were still guaranteed for store pick-up the day before leaving town for the holidays so I thought we were ok. Pick-up time comes & goes but only one item was ready. My hubby waited over an hour at the store & talks to them to figure out what's going on but they had no clue. I tried calling & emailing for help since we needed to get them ASAP but nothing, not even an apology for the delay. The next DAY (when we were meant to be on the road already!) we got an automated email saying our items were ready--again, no apology or hint that anything was wrong. The salespeople behind the counter were too busy to talk and waved us away. We rushed to get the items home to wrap and MULTIPLE items had damaged packaging despite being sold as "new" condition! The boxes were badly dented & had been taped back together after being opened previously. I was furious and disgusted!! But we didn't return them because we were already late! That'll teach me for trusting Tesco when time is short--never again. And a couple of days ago, I left a review for one of these damaged items and Tesco refused to publish it! Everything about that experience has completely revolted me, I am going to happily take my business elsewhere from now on!! I'd leave zero stars if I could: their products, customer service, reliability and ethics are all the absolute worst.

Terrible, terrible service. Just been refunded for an order that was supposed to be delivered yesterday at a prearranged time that I waited in for! I rang to find out where my order was, they promised to ring me back today. The only communication since that promise has been a 'here's your money back you aren't getting your item, Sorry!' email. How patronising. That is pretty much the worst customer experience I have had to date. The previous worst was also Tesco, who sent my four item order in three separate delivereies to store, with over a week between them. My feelings towards Tesco at this moment are so poor that I cannot imagine bothering to shop with them again. They cannot fulfill the most basic of requirements of an online retailer and in this market, that really isn't going to go down well. The item I purchased was a special offer, really great discount but no actual item. This has left a really bad taste in my mouth and a huge aversion to shopping with Tesco again.

Poor service! I bought this cheese board as a Christmas present on the 18th of December for next day collection. It did not arrive on the 19th. It did not even arrive on the 20th. They apparently tried to deliver it on the 21st but sent it to the wrong store. It was rejected by them and sent back to the manufacturer, or so I was told. My package then entered a kind of limbo. I received no contact at all from Tesco or their supplier and I can honestly say that if I had not called them multiple times, I would never have received the product. On calling them, I was meet with incompetence and blame shifting at every turn. I was told by Tesco it was the supplier who was at fault. On speaking to them, they told me it was thecourier who was to blame. They said they would resend the product on the 24th. They did not. I rang again and got fed a bunch of lies and they said they would resend it on the 29th. They did not send it again. I would estimate that over the Christmas period, I called Tesco and got transferred to their supplier around six times. They eventually sent the parcel on the 1st of January but even then, they did not contact me to say they had done so. Also, there was no record with the destination store of taking delivery of the item. I had to call Tesco direct again and ask them to call the store to find the product and then call me back. I then waited for 15 minutes at the store for the man to (unsuccessfully) try to sort out the paper work. No one ever bothered to take ownership of my issue. I called them again and again and the service was completely pathetic. Neither Tesco or their supplier did what they said they would until the very end of the process and by then my Christmas gift for my brother was so late, Christmas was becoming a distant memory. It took 14 days to get a parcel which was due to take less than 24 hours. I would have serious reservations about ever purchasing from Tesco direct or their supplier, Homeware (UK) ever again.

First time I've ever used them and they royally screwed up. They delivered to me one item that was SIX DAYS OUT OF DATE! Other items were on the absolute cusp of being out of date. It's the usual can't be bothered attitude of these types of companies and employees. Once they have your money then stuff you is their attitude. Besides that I paid for a slot time and they didn't meet it, they arrived late. Also they were unable to even complete my order. You'd think they'd have made an effort for a new customer, but no, not these guys. Needless to say I won't be using them again. Disgusted by them I am.
