I looked up TescoDirect on TrustPilot and became really nervous about my order after reading through the reviews-will they send it? Will it be damaged? Will I get problems with unhelpful staff? etc...turns out I panicked over nothing. My package arrived the next day in perfect condition and all is well! :D The only minimum thing I would point out is the Tesco order confirmation email says "We will send you a dispatch email when your delivery is on the way" but I never received anything.

Easy to order and its always delivered on time. Have used tescodirect like a good 25+ times, never disappointed

I asked for delivery on Thursday, so why did you think it was appropriate to deliver on Wednesday? As we weren't in we were worried someone else had stolen the TV as it'd apparently been signed for. Terrible logistics, I won't use Tesco again, because you use Yodel.

Promised delivery 5 times!,. 5 times last minute text received we cant delivery!! sat here no fridge as promised delivery today, 40 mins before hand a text to say there not coming! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, I am off to argos to get a fridge TODAY!

My name is Jothis Sivanandan I ordered 4CBYCBK6C a television from tesco online on 19 th and got confirmation email that my order will be ready to collect on Monday 22by 3 pm and took day off from work and waited for Collection But I was even unable to track my order online when phone customer care they have no clue about what's happening I took my 11 hour shift day off (150£) to go and get it and arranged tv engineer to come and fix tv and connection paid £25 for them But till till today I have no idea what's happening with my order This was for my new house and for house warming Anyway this was my 1st purchase from tesco and last Jothis sivanandan 07445375254

ORDERED A BIKE ON THE 29/8/16 AND PAID TO CHOOSE MY OWN DELIVERY DATE WHICH WAS 1/8/16. SO MONDAY THE 1ST CAME AND I WAITED IN ALL DAY ONLY TO RECEIVE A TEXT EARLY EVENING TO SAY IT WOULD BE COMING THE FOLLOWING DAY DUE TO PROBLEMS . SO HERE I AM ON THE FOLLOWING DAY, SAT IN LIKE A D***HEAD THEN 4PM COMES ... TEXT ALERT ! YES U GUESSED IT , TESCO SAYING THE SAME THING AS THE DAY BEFORE. PHONED TESCO UP AND THEY SAID I JUST HAVE TO WAIT WHICH I WASN'T HAPPY ABOUT AND ASKED ABOUT A REFUND ON THE DELIVERY CHARGE. I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTILL THE ITEM HAS BEEN DELIVERED , IF IT EVER DOES GET DELIVERED !! NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM TESCO DIRECT !!

First the customer service advisors sound like robots reading from a script. They seem unable to answer a question without repeating the obvious such as the estimated delivery date of my items. It took 1 week for my items to be delivered but the payment was taken from my account immediately. The only way to get a refund (so that I could go and purchase the item elsewhere) was to wait for the delivery man/woman and refuse the delivery at the door. Then I would have to wait a few days for a refund. I made a complaint and I had to send the email twice to get a reply. Then the reply was completely generic. I am now unable to post a review of the item on the tesco direct website. I was told that the delivery person would contact me before they turned up to deliver my parcel. Well he phoned me minutes before he turned up, so if I was in the bathroom or sleeping I might have missed him when he rang my door bell. The item I purchased is average. The assembly and user guide needs improving. My mother said she would have trouble following this assembly and guide booklet as it's not very clear. I won't be buying from tesco direct again. I will stick with Argos and Amazon.
