I recently ordered a playhouse for my daughters birthday but they cancelled my order without contacting me and now my 5 year old is left without a present. Tescos could not fulfil my order but still debited my credit card. I asked to make a complaint but tescos just replied that they will take my comments onboard. The only solution they gave me was to pay again but for a different playhouse which would not be delivered in time for her birthday. What a great company!!!

Bought a laptop from Tesco site using one of their partners. It was delviered ok but was faulty so we had to return it. The Tesco website says returns are handled through them so we phoned and arranged the laptop to be collected. Nothing happened for a couple of days so we contacted them again and had another collection arranged. Again nothign happened. Contacted them a further 2 times and got a vague promise of a collection - guess what - nothing collected. This is now a week on. Today contacted Tesco direct to be told bluntly that my contract was with the partner and not with Tesco and refused to deal with it ! Instead gave me the supplier's phone number. They were courteous and have arranged collection. They said Tesco are always pushing things on to suppiers. DO NOT USE TESCO DIRECT

Placed an order a few weeks ago which was cancelled a number of days after ordering due to a lack of stock. Phoned up customer service and very kindly offered me a (more expensive) alternative at no extra cost which then arrived on time. Great. Placed another order last week and still not turned up despite supposedly being posted on Monday.

I recently ordered a pet product from the Tesco direct website. When the order failed to arrive I contacted Tesco for feedback only to be told by their customer relations team that their site was a "platform" for other companies and if I had issues with not receiving my goods I should take it up with the other company who used the Tesco website as Tesco were not responsible. When I purchased the goods it was Tesco who I paid, Tesco who emailed me confirmation of my order and Tesco who I can track the order through however it would seem in their eyes they have no responsibility for my goods being delivered - thanks Tescos, my recent experience of your "platform" and customer care has lost you a customer

So despite the amount of negative feedback. I constantly use Tesco Direct and I have never had an issue with them. I have also found some amazig bargain on their website, better than any other site I have found. Had a doll worth £40-£60 and paid £6. I have used the delivery service and the click and collect service, never any issue

Does what it says on the tin. Used numerous times and always delivered on time. Customer services always helpful.

So I ordered a Playstation 4 from Tesco Direct a week ago with a delivery date on the 3rd (yesterday). After taking the day off work so I could be home to receive the parcel (as nobody was home that day to collect it) I waited 10 hours. After this amount of sitting around patiently I decided to phone them only to find out that it would be delivered today. I was not pleased with this but thought it best just to put up with it. Today comes along, at 6:15 I receive an email stating that the parcel has been dispatched & on its was so I immediately get up & wait. Hours go by & still no parcel, within another 10 hour wait me & my partner make 4 phone calls demanding info on our parcel. It was only the last colleague we spoke to who herself was p***** off with the treatment we received went straight to the delivery company Tesco Direct used to deliver my product. After yet another few hours of waiting the young woman phoned back to inform us that our product will most definitely be with us tomorrow. As it wasn't personally her fault I kept as cool as I could but demanded some money back. Now it is another waiting game to see if my item actually arrives tomorrow. So thank you to Tesco Direct for the treatment I have received these past 2 days, I thoroughly appreciate being messed around for the 2 days I could've been working. Never going to shop with you again after I finally receive my product.

Ordered over £300 worth of toys on 22/08/2016 and still have not recieved got told yesterday it had apparently been dispatched. Disgusting want a refund never will i order off direct again
