Went for them as they had a great price (bought a games console). found it to be faulty but no worries! thier team will replace or repair according to tesco's terms and conditions.... i was left on the phone at the help desk for about 45mins talking to the manufacturer of the product answering questions, then told by tesco staff to return home, pack it up and send it off myself for repair.... so i had to arrange repair for a faulty product they had sold me.. never buying electroncs from them again.

I used my Tesco Clubcard points on Friday towards a Two Together Railcard which has just arrived in the post - it's Monday today. What excellent service both from Tesco and from the Railcard Team. Very fast turn around, super service from Jason at Tesco Clubcard who arranged for my extra points from the November statement to be added to the order since I didn't have quite enough in vouchers in September. The card has arrived in time for a university open day in Lancaster so we can save about £40 on the journey. The Two Together Railcard cost £15 in vouchers doubled up to £30 with the Clubcard Boost. Very impressed with both Tesco and the Railcard people. Thank you all very much.

After seeing a slow cooker on the Tesco direct website on offer I went to my local superstore to purchase the item. When I got to the store it wasn't on offer. We spoke to the duty manager, who had already made her mind up by the time she saw us that she wasn't going to offer good will or anything, the duty manager was very rude and unhelpful saying prices online and in store can differ. I understand that but when an offer is an online offer only that needs to be made clear on the website!!

Recently ordered Canon printer Cartridges on line. Tesco Direct claim "order by 5pm collect next day" On checking the tracking History found the following entry. 10:50 30th August Delivery failed Oxford Depot. Customer services were contacted and their investigation revealed that the driver of the Courier service Tesco use claimed they did not get a response from the goods in department at the.depot. This meant a further day to await delivery. At 7:55pm that evening I noticed an email sent at 4:18 pm informing me that my item was in store awaiting collection as my Tesco is only a short distance I went to collect but was unable to do so as this facility closes at 8pm. The following day I went to the store and was told the order had not arrived the member of staff checked after being made aware of the email the previous day and returned with my order claiming that she was not aware it had been delivered. It transpired that the empty toner was not the cause of my printers malfunction and I returned the cartridges to the store and got a refund even though they had been opened. Customer services in Dundee however were not so accommodating.

Like many others, I ordered the item as it was currently not available at the local store. I figured I would live without it for a couple of days so ordered the item through Tesco direct instead of my usual Amazon. 2 weeks on, the item has still to arrive. It took a week just to get tagged in Peterborough so at this rate, I should receive the item in about 11/13 weeks depending on traffic of course. I've learnt my lesson Amazon and will continue to order through them.

Ordered a sofa bed only got part of it delivered. Box was damaged and screws where falling out. Called customer service and arranged a return wasted my whole day waiting for someone to come they were a no show. Still waiting for it to get picked up . Will never buy from there again

Tesco Direct are still making false claims on their website that they will deliver Next Day. Having ordered an item with over 2 hours before the deadline for next day delivery, I waited to be notified of the item arrival. I received an email saying it had been dispatched and checking the tracking indicated that the item was on route to the store. The day after expected delivery, I contacted Customer services only to be told that the item had not left the warehouse!! They said it would be on DAY 3 before I would get my item. All I have got from them is poor service, false promises and a pathetic apology that is as believable as the claims and information that the company has provided regarding the delivery of this item.

Shocking Told me a manger refused to speak to me and a gesture of good will they would apologise and offer me £7. No thanks Train your staff
