warning Tesco uses partners for loads of goods,Tesco charges delivery so be warned, you are better bypassing Tesco and google the partners site and get free delivery! I recently ordered a table and bench from Tesco but the goods were coming from their partner,Tesco charged me delivery ! I then went onto the partners site and saw the same goods at the same price with FREEdelivery.I feel ripped off!

Paid £400 for a tv and chose click and collect and received an email saying I could collect in store from 3pm. However turns out the order hasn't actually even been dispatched so iv wasted a 30 mile round trip. The biggest joke is that they had a stack of the same TVs in store but becouse id already paid online they could not transfer the payment to an in store sale so iv had to leave the store empty handed and having paid for an item I can't get, despite walking past a shelf full of the same TVs. Iv cancelled the order but as per usual it will take 5 days to get my money back so that's 5 days that Tesco get my interest. Tesco is the worst company iv dealt with and the "customer service" is a joke. If you actually want your order my advice and the advice of 65%+ of the people on this site is shop elsewhere.

Extremely poor, Ive tried to place an order 7 times online and everytime it says ERROR on their website. Ive rang and wont take an order over the phone, They told me to clear cache and try Explorer, Tried another 6 times and ERROR ERROR ERROR, Tried ordering off my phone as last resort and still not worked. Well done tesco thats £800 you just lost.

I would never buy anything in the future. I think Tesco dont care about anything. Tesco and their partner Plasma unable to deliver my package after making promise twice. WHAT A SHAME!! Yodel delivery company biggest loser on the universe. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND DONT BUY ANYTHINH FROM TESCO DIRECT.

Product purchased on Saturday afternoon, should have been delivered to my local store on Tuesday. Tracking report said that it had been delivered to a store about 20 miles away and collected. Further investigations with TD told me that the carrier had delivered it to a random company nearby. No sign of the package with the company to whom it was delivered and Tesco have no idea where it actually went or why. The partner company do not answer their phone or email. I shall be sticking to Amazon from here on in. Tesco Direct service is shocking.

Waited in all day for parcel that didn't arrive after receiving an email the day before confirming it would be delivered when I called the next morning I was told it was locked in the trailer for the weekend and they would try and deliver it Monday. I requested the items were sent back to tesco instead.

Ordered from here previously and it even came fast and in perfect condition, unsure who they used to courier though. Product was a pc tower. Ordered a tv last Wednesday, did not turn up on date, rang up and spoke to a lovely lady but she didn't seem to have a clue where it had ended up, it had vanished. Swiftly she ordered a new one for next day (tomorrow, express delivery) so fingers crossed, have to wait and see what happens.

I just wanted to express how bad the delivery packaging for Tesco direct actually is! I have just received a birthday present for my 4 year old daughters upcoming birthday and it arrived in the original box with no packaging only the label stuck on the box, she was at home so answered the door with me and saw the item a dolls pram so the gift was ruined!!! I wanted to warn people with pre school children to be aware of this bad practice especially with Christmas coming up!!! On telephoning Tesco they were not interested with my complaint!!!
