In a word, awful!! Ordered my daughter's bike through Tesco Direct using their recommended bike supplier, EBIkes. Firstly, the package was missing parts. Secondly the bike came with the front forks installed back to front. I am still awaiting the missing parts now, a week on from my original request to have these delivered, and still no sign. Tesco just do not want to know and seem to be washing their hands of any accountability to try and resolve. Absolutely appalling customer service. Will never use them again.

Alsolutly rubbish customer service. Ordered trampoline got email to say it was dispatched tues 7th. It is now 16th and still no sign of goods. Last bullsxxx answer from customer service item had lost label so courier could not deliver. Now looking at next week for delivery they are quick enough to take money and rhyme off same old rubbish at each phone call. DO NOT ORDER FROM TESCO DIRECT

seem to be strange going on in this company.check my account as i knew i had an order i cancelled but it is stating i picked it up,but i did not and also date and time it says i picked it up well i was 20 mile away leaving my kids at school.i do not have the item and i most certainly did not pick it up but the money was taken and never returned.so to me this is fraud so i will be avoiding tesco from now on if they can do this and lie then i will not support a company in this way.

Completely unacceptable from start to finish and a huge amount of stress and frustration as well- no delivery even though took a day off for delivery - no response from customer service or partner company or even CEO - you would think that given the retail environment at present a company of this size would be keen to address issues swiftly but apparently not - retailers seem to forget people will vote with their feet - as I certainly will - I would strongly advise anybody resist the urge to shop with Tesco Direct - beyond poor and I will absolutely never ever shop with them again

I ordered a game from Tesco direct, it was supposed to come with 3 months gold,it didn't, i complained and got a call from a " Customer services " person, a Scottish woman,She called me Sir etc, but in an rude,arrogant ,dismissive attitude,she spoke over me and did not let me speak until i had to tell her to be quiet, i told her i would be giving Tesco direct a poor review, she said " Do what you like ", i have now asked to return the game and get a refund as i would rather spend my money with any other company that Tesco direct !, their customer care is disgraceful !

I ordered a mattress, it was delivered earlier then the date they gave me so it was left on my drive, I rang and told them it had oil marks on the mattress and I want it returned and money back. It will be 2weeks tomorrow and still fighting to get my money back, I have wrote to the CEO just as useless. Will now have to seek legal advice and speak to trading standards as there return policy is a load of rubbish I believe false advertising. I will never use these again and would strongly advise people not to use them.

Wish I'd never bothered! Ordered 3 games as Christmas presents, what I thought was free delivery only to see delivery was split into 2 drops & I was charged £5.95! I only spotted this after I'd paid. I tried to cancel immediately within the 15 mins allowance time only for the Tesco website not to work effectively! Contacted customer services & they said I purchased from separate companies! I assumed I was buying from Tesco! Misleading in the slightest. Hate to think how this would work if purchasing higher value items. Never again. Now awaiting for one of the companies to confirm they've cancelled my order.
