I do want to clarify that the content of all our policies is designed to be supported in the UK. Also, I'm happy to inform you that we've recently updated our Privacy Policy and added an 'English Preference' section to allow British English spelling. We understand how crucial this is for your business and hope that this addresses your concern. We understand that you might want to customize some content on your policies to tailor-fit the needs of your business; that's why the HTML option is available. Downloading the HTML version of your policies will give you the flexibility to customize the text any way you want. Also, having multiple languages for each policy is a feature on our roadmap. Please know that we'd like to make this whole experience right for you. We've sent you an email request, and if you'd like to talk about this more, we do hope you will give us a chance to address your concerns and ultimately provide a solution.
