Really disappointed
Really disappointed. I only filled out the massive form because the terms were advertised as "free" for a single use. Upon completion I can't access them. They're presented in a special editor that doesn't allow cut and paste; the HTML download doesn't work with our markdown website. Termly's "free" offer is not technically a lie, but I feel mislead. It's a shame because had they just made them available for free, I'd have probably paid for the additional services.

Hi Alex, I’m really sorry to hear about your experience, and I truly appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback with us. I completely understand how frustrating it must feel to go through the setup process and then face difficulty accessing your policies. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected]— we’ll be happy to look into this right away and help you access your policies properly. Just a quick note: downloading the policies manually isn’t recommended, as we frequently update them to meet changing legal requirements across different countries. Viewing them directly through your Termly dashboard ensures you always have the most accurate and compliant version. Kind regards, Shravan The Termly Team
