Tempur-PedicReviews of tempurpedic.com

It is a scam, I should have read this review before the purchase. I wonder who gave it 5 stars and good reviews. I bought mattress topper to make my bed comfortable. The sales people in the store couldn’t stop laughing when I asked for a mattress topper that fits TP mattress. Here is what they said “Our warranty only covers permanent visible indentations of the mattress that measure 3/4" or greater without any weight or applied pressure. According to the photos you have provided, your mattress does not meet these requirements”.

Tempurpedic mattresses are branded and marketed to give a false impression of a great mattress with superb warranty. FALSE! Do not buy Tempurpedic# if you want a decent mattress with a fair warranty. It is the worst sleep I have ever had as the mattress has no support and a large sag after 3 months use! The tempur material is very firm and stiff, yet the mattress has poor support! When you dig for authentic reviews you will find that nobody seems to get to claim the warranty despite following directions and having legitimate defects in the mattress. Do NOT fall for the hype and buy another brand with a much lower price and much better product! You will have no recourse after a short 90 day trial so save yourself from spending thousands of dollars by falling for the hype. Do NOT purchase a tempurpedic# The product, pricing, trial period and warranty are inferior to almost any other brand. I spent neatly $3,000 for a twin XL mattress and now I have back, neck and hip pain and wake up many times. I slept through the night on my old mattress and highly regret this purchase and the fact I am out thousands of dollars after a few months of no sleep. I am shopping now for another mattress with a generous trial period and few complaints. Do NOT buy tempur-pedic! Purchased off the Tempur-Pedic website a "cloud". Ordered and recieved a very uncomfortable, defective and overpriced mattress. The mattress would not expand to the proper size or shape. After constant communication and them trying to convince me to try a different mattress, after weeks they finally agreed to pick it up for a refund. The customer(me) has to pay $175.00 for them to pick up their defective product. I was told they would issue the refund the day it was picked up and ten days later still no refund for a $1600.00 item. They do not stand behind there product, are not genuine with the reviews on there website as mine was never published or provide any sense of customer satisfaction. I 100% do not recommend. I also purchased my kids a Tulo mattress for a quarter of the price which is more comfortable and supportive. Stay away from Tempur-Pedic.

It has taken me about 3 months of constant phone calls to get my sunken, marshmallow-soft, back destroying 90-night mattress exchange (which I am paying them an EXTRA couple grand for). They double-charged me for the exchange, told me they had no record of double charging me (which I had to call 3 times about to get reversed). Now the delivery company they've used has been dragging their feet with my mattress at their warehouse for 3 solid weeks. If I could go back and buy literally anything else, I would.

Do not buy this brand under any circumstances. They do not warranty their product. Only nine years into a twenty five warranty and the bed makes you feel worse than when you go to bed. It has collapsed in several areas over and inch and makes you roll into the middle. The warranty group is third party and only know how to send out form letters giving several reason why they deny all claims. Very shady company indeed, if I could give less than one star I would.

Ordered the wrong size Cal King instead of reg King - Christmas gift. I didn’t open the box or packaging. No returns/exchanges even if unopened. Ridiculous. Never ordering Tempurpedic sheets again. There are other choices that are as good or better considering this lack of customer support and the price paid. Shop around. They’re good however, not that good. Get over yourselves.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I WISH I'D SEEN THESE OR OTHER REVIEWS LIKE THESE BEFORE PURCHASING. I purchased the Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt Queen mattress and base. $4,000.00 of JUNK I filed a claim with the BBB which was dismissed. I was told by the authorized dealer it came with a 10-year warranty. We have had dip problems previously w/inexpensive mattresses so we made sure to ask about dips being covered. Three years later we STILL make payments on the product due to purchasing what we were told was "an investment." My husband and I both suffer from arthritis and I am now seeing a chiropractor due to hip and back problems. I am a side sleeper and my hips fall into a sunken dip. Upon my body's pressure it sinks further leaving my body laying more unlevel, which worsens my pain. Upon filing a warranty claim the middle of Oct. 2022 I was asked to submit a few pics without linens which do not fully show problem easily on a pure white mattress. After finding assistance to strip, lift the mattress and take pics w/a quarter placed against a broomstick, I was told the pics weren't telling enough and they requested more. I recruited assistance again to do the same. I submitted not only what they asked but pics w/linens through the email to better show problem area. They then informed me we didn't qualify to have the warranty honored and offered a "special" 40 off of new mattress rate which would also include surrendering the one we're still paying on. My email warranty contact was made with Dani T. who was friendly but had to require a lot to do the right thing.

Watch out for the non-customer service policy of no return on adjustable bed frames. I have not had mine for 6 months. The foot portion on one side does not work already. We wanted to exchange for the one with lower model since the pillow tilt does not operate independently. They just say that is the policy but do not offer any assistance. This is not a very customer pleasing policy.
