Absolutely the worst mattress I have ever owned. I have tried my best to live with this piece of garbage but after having back surgery at 26 and now being 50 this bed is nothing like what they tell you. I have owned this bed for a solid 2 1/2 years now and gave everything I can in patience and break In and truly hoped it would get better but now I am filing a claim against the warranty due to how poorly this mattress sleeps. Both me and my wife are severely disappointed. We actually believe Mattress firm has either pulled a bait and switch or that tempurpedic is truly Deserving of the ratings they have. I also purchased two pillows costing me Almost $400 and they are actually breaking thru and allowing the insides to bust out. If this is the best quality you can provide tempurpedic you should be embarrassed. Do yourself a favor and research. Do not make quick decisions and before the sleep night warranty ends return it instead of hoping it gets better. Truly disappointed. And I paid almost $4000 for the bed. Never again and it is time these companies start being held accountable for not honoring their warranties. If i have to sue then that’s exactly where this is going. I would like to also add to all other negative review customers. If you pay attentionn to the FTC ruling on Harley Davidson just completed recently they weren’t honoring warranty either. So let’s go after them thru the FTC and make ‘em. My lawyers idea btw. See ya soon tempurpedic

If it was possible I’d leave zero fkn stars because they don’t stand by their warranty promise and are fkg dipshits. They are claiming I did physical damage when it was due to usage I’ve had this mattress since 2013. They only went by pictures instead of someone coming out to look at mattress. I should have never went with this company because they are pieces of excrement! Fk you Tempurpedic and Warranty team!

Tempur-Pedic had the worst service even, they dont' even match their online price after 10 days of purchased . Such a big company, that is why they are loosing alot customers. They didn't even offer credit for future purchase, nothing. I am not surprise this company will goes out of business.

Sealy/Tempur-Pedic hates the military and veterans by illegally discriminating against them by actually charging them more money for less of a product/service bundle. Tempur-Pedic says they support the military and veterans by providing their mattresses to the Military Exchanges (more or less the military box department store). Under that logic, they support Mattress Firm and Mattress Factory. But also, nearly every product found at Target or Walmart can be found generally found at the Military Exchange. So how does Tempur-Pedi actually support the military? But let's look at the facts: the Exchange price is nearly equal to the MSRP value on Tempur-Pedic's website. However, Tempur-Pedic and their other partners are normally running discounts of some sort making purchasing through the Military Exchange more costly. Secondly, Tempur-Pedic does not provide the military or veterans with their 90-sleep trial that everyone else gets even those who buy through other 3rd-Party vendors like Matress Firm. Thirdly, the maximum financing that the Military Exchange generally provides is 18 months using their credit card at standard credit card rates instead of the 24, 36, 48, or 60 month 0% financing provided by Tempur-Pedic or their Third PArty Vendors (e.g., Matress Firm). Lastly, almost all their competitors--whether we are talking Sleep Number, Ghost Bed, Purple, Casper, or others in the bedding industry--offer veteran discounts from 15% on the low end to 45% on the high end. No one should support a business that discriminates against military and veterans by charging them more for inferior products and services than the general population.

Unfortunately, Tempur sells on the foreign markets (outside the US and Canada) only products (except Hybrid) that contain the old, yellow Tempur material (foam), and this at absolutely overpriced prices when you compare it to the innovative products and prices of the American parent company on tempurpedic.com . (all products there contain a new type of foam with improved lying properties) The parent company uses this material exclusively on the American market and prevents purchases by foreigners through credit card blocking (only credit cards registered in the USA are accepted) and the waiver of international shipping. In view of these circumstances, the Tempur products that are sold on the European market and other markets around the world are unfortunately just an overpriced relic from the past - the outdated material properties of which do not justify the price in any way!!!!! It's a shame Tempur that you fooling people around the globe like that!!!

I wish I had seen the reviews before purchasing. I agree with all the other reviews on their mattresses, the warranty is a façade. Our pro adapt hybrid mattress started breaking down within two years. We submitted our warranty claim in year three, and we were told that it would not be honored because the sagging isn’t deep enough. The issue is that the overall mattress is breaking down such that it sinks too far with weight on it. This is an issue noted by other customers. Tempur-pedic will do nothing about this. Don’t be fooled. Buy yourself a good spring or coil mattress with a good pillow top and you will have better than a Tempur-pedic mattress. I will see if I can file a small claims action against them and at least recoup what we paid.

Purchased 2 TempurPedic Pro-Hi pillows 2 years ago. One of them did not keep its shape and got less firm on one side. Reached the company by email and sent a picture showing the 2 pillows side by side to show the difference..... and guess what? "Sorry, confort is not covered by the 5 year warranty" .....WHAT? Seriously? Bad quality control and defect product are not covered by the 5 year warranty???? Well...not paying the extra price anymore for their products!
