I have one of your their bases and I have been emailing and leaving them voice mails ( they never answer their phone)for months. No reply from them The base is stuck in the upright position, and I have been forced to sleep on the couch, with a severely injured back. What kind of customer support is this? Is this how they treat their customers?? PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, IF THE BED BREAKS YOU WILL HAVE NO SUPPORT, AND YOU WILL END UP SLEEPING ON THE COUCH. this people are only in to sell you,then they will disappear

We bought Tempur-Pedic mattresses a few years ago, and after two years one mattress failed to provide support. I submitted a claim, which was swiftly denied, with comments about the surface sag measurement when the mattress is not in use. The mattress has failed. The mattress does not properly support me, and I sink more than half the depth of the mattress in the center, with the head and foot positions remaining at near-full depth, basically creating a hole for my mid-section to sink into. Tempur-Pedics warranty criteria isn't relevant to the qualities we look for in a mattress, rather their production factors and an arbitrary measurement that has absolutely nothing to do with comfort or support. Tempur-Pedics customer service was quick to respond with a denial of our request, and spurned our requests for a representative to come to our home to observe the mattress failure. Never again Tempur-Pedic.

I reiterate what is being said below, when you submit a warranty claim to TP all you get is the OL razzell dazzell, not enough proof, proof inadequate, more photos, etc. No way TP is ever going to honor their warranty one of their mattresses. After less that 6 years our mattress had such deep depressions on both sides that my wife and I were forced to replace it. And we are not big people. Even though Tempur-Pedic offers a 10 year warranty on their mattresses and our mattress met their warranty requirements, they refused to honor the warranty. This is a very expensive mattress to have failed in a little over 5 years. Save your money and purchase a quality product from a reputable manufacturer.

Toxic fumes and stinky smells from a new Tempur-pedic mattress! I suffered for weeks with a horrible tempur-pedic mattress with stinky fumes as the foam degasses. All soft plastics emit a mild fume, the auto industry disguises it as ‘new car smell’. Tempur customer service was useless at best suggesting dragging it outside and leave it for a four days - in the winter. Yeah right, what idiotic customer service. Alternate was turn up the heat and leave a window open… epic stupidity from Tempur-pedic. All efforts to get a refund and removal were denied blaming the retailer which also refused. I forced a refund from them with a consumer fraud complaint to the state Attorney General. Massachusetts AG had a very dim view and ripped them sideways with threats of fines or banning the sale. I rattled the legal department with a legitimate and required document on demand from the EPA. Federal Law says they must provide an EPA ASTM-15 statement revealing the nature of the smell. They claim a proprietary manufacturing process which is total BS. I got an immediate response with a truck and refund check within two days.. Get the POS mattress out of my house. The retailer was useless at all levels. Chemical smell is Furfural, a toxic class 3 carcinogen. Toxic chemicals vapors oozing from your mattress and pillows manufactured by Tempur-Pedic…

Tempur-Pedic warranty a scam. You will never get reimbursed for 3/4” sag. Customer service will keep asking for more photos, even though you have followed all their instructions. They have not offered any reimbursement even though I said I was willing to pay extra to upgrade to a hopefully better model. Nothing…(sound of crickets chirping). I have sent complaint to Better Business Bureau. I agree that there should be a class action suit against this company. They are overpriced and provide low quality under performing mattresses and promote a false warranty.

Purchased pro adapt mattress 3 years ago for $3699.00. Woke up on Friday paralyzed , spent my day in the ER. After morphine returned home and unzipped the mattress cover and there was a 2 x 2 foot rip in the foam, that’s where my hip was for at least 6 months. I’ve been tossing and turning for a while with lower back pain. Took pictures and was denied warranty because I didn’t purchase their base. Our bed is solid wood with drawers underneath. There is no way this 4000 dollar bed caused the foam to split. I’ve been sleeping in my flexsteel recliner and actually sleep all night. Actually wake up with energy. The best part is we still owe 1400 dollars on this piece if sh$t. The bed doesn’t even last the payment plan. Warranty is as useless as the people that wrote it.

The mattress is nice. But the warranty is a pain in the ass. They want you to pay $175 to ship the replacement mattress. If it’s a manufactured defect that should be on them. Although they cover most of the mattress they don’t cover it all. Last, there is no phone number for the warranty department, escalations is always off, and the customer service representatives don’t have any knowledge. All you can do is email and hope. Had I known that information prior to making a purchase I would not have bought. Sleep number is just as good and they actually have people you can speak with.

Purchased Queen mattress and adjustable bed frame in November. It has not helped us sleep better. You cannot use a bed warmer because it's supposed to respond to your own body heat. We do not like to climb into a cold bed on winter nights. The dimensions of a Queen should be 60"x80" and this mattress is inches smaller in both length and width. The guaranteed return only applies to the mattress itself, not the frame, so we are out more than half the cost of the bed plus $175 return fee. Very unsatisfactory experience, so we are glad to have kept our Sleep Number bed.
