Terrible. . My wife and I bought a King mattress and spent thousands of dollars on it, we were told it was a 25 year warranty. It started sagging and we can no longer use it and my warranty claim (that took like 2 hours to do) was denied. It's sagging so bad we can't even sleep on it. I've been sleeping on my couch cause it kills my back to sleep on the sagging Tempur-Pedic mattress. They said it was denied cause there were stains on it. What does that have to do with the mattress sagging so bad I can't even use it? We keep a mattress cover on it and it's been our bed in our bedroom since we bought it, not damaged or improperly stored etc. don't waste your money, buy from a company that stands by their stuff and replaces defective products. Tempur-Pedic will leave you hanging. I'll never buy from Tempur-Pedic again and never recommend them to anyone. I'll also find any way I can to express my frustration cause I feel we were wronged by them.

Bad customer service. Ordered a new bed that cost over 2000 off including 80 pounds pillow's each. However when I took the washable zip cover off and put it on no more than 40degress the cover shrunk! And would not fit on bed again. They wouldn't send another one out. I cannot pay extra to have an cover! And since I have had the bed I have daily bad backs! I even paid extra to have a different bed. Now I'm stuck with this bed. It's not worth the money. I really need to get another bed! As my and husband's back are killing!!! Disappointed as I won't be buying another bed from your self. I had the worse experience ever.

Tempur Pedic customer service told me today, that they will no longer correspond with me. They will only talk with my Lawyer. because this is now a "Legal issue". One side of my $3000 TEMPUR-ProAdapt 12" FIRM Mattress-Prime-Queen "firm" mattress purchased a mere 2 years ago, has failed. It sags under its own weight. This, by the way, is one of their requirements for warranty evaluation. If it has simply gone from "Firm" to "Soft", as I believe most people would define it, It is not covered by their warranty. The warranty further states that you must present proof that the foundation on which your mattress is laid is firm, with no flex. I presented evidence of that, by actually standing on the foundation, directly over the spot where the matress collapsed. There is zero flex. Yet, to them,that is not proof. It seems to me that for all the bravado, Public Relations, and advertising campaign about how they stand by their product, its simply not true. Buyer Beware!! I purchased one of their pillow in king size. Cloud Breeze Dual cooling. just be aware that it weights 9 pounds. A bit of a joke and no returns/exchange allowed.

Agnostic of the quality of their products, their lack of communication and clarity around orders you place and shipping is terrible. Ordered a mattress topper July 29th, it is the beginning of week 3 with no order updates. I called to cancel. The agent I spoke to on the phone was very nice, but the experience with the company hasn't been great considering the price you pay for their products. I tried calling a few times to get updates. One time I called, had to jump to a work meeting so I asked for a call back. Got a call back while I was on a call. Called Tempur back... "There are no agents to take your call right now *click*". Umm. Be better at staffing your business.

I have placed the order for more than two weeks (it supposed to be delivered within a week). I checked the order status after few days, and it's "Not Yet Shipped". There is zero communication about the order is delayed. I had to call customer service few times to get updates, but every time the answer is to wait for couple of days. It seems the customer service is useless, and what they can only do is order cancellation. I am very disappointed on the whole experience.

Beware of very slow processing/shipping of your order and don’t expect much help from customer service. A week after ordering and still not shipped. When asked when it is expected to ship, I was told a few days and soon. When I asked customer service to define a few days and soon, they said they could not provide the exact shipping date. If you are OK with waiting a minimum of 2 weeks for your order to anrrive and have no questions/needs, this company may be for you. If not, don’t walk away but run away!

Purchased a mattress topper on line from Tempur-pedic. A week later, since the product had not shipped, decided to cancel the order. I was told it could not be canceled and that you only had a 2 hour window after purchase to cancel. All sales final and no returns on mattress toppers. This is stupid, since my order had not shipped yet.
