Company stole hundreds of dollars from me. Stay away!! Bought a mattress but ended up having to exchange it and went from a split king to a regular king. Problem was the bedding I purchased. The bedding for the split king is different from the regular king. Despite never even opening up the box, the company won’t return, exchange, or even offer a discount on getting bedding in the right size. Horrible customer service. The box was never even opened! They only care about getting your money and don’t care at all about their customers. I spent $12k on a tempur pedic mattress and won’t so much as give a discount to help fix the problem

Pillows are nonrefundable or returnable. Deceptive 90 day guaranteed policy. It's in their fine print....

First of all they get a 1 rating only due to no o zero is available. We purchased two Adapt 2.0 HYBRD beds, they were not fit to sleep on, so they were returned two months ago, so far the credit for these units has never been received, numerous calls have been made only to hear the credit is in process, never,never will I ever purchase from this company direct, if you have to use this brand (Temperuseless) purchase from a reliable reseller like COSTCO or whomever who will stand behind the purchase. Worse company ever to purchase any product from bar none!

Buyer beware expensive product pushed by sales people not worth the price not provides what it claims to provide I wrote Tempurpedic on their warranty claim site that my 5 year old Tempurpedic mattress (10 year warranty) ...”lost its support and sags when I sleep in it with body heat, causing severe back pain...” I also sent them the 5 required pictures (one attached) and wrote them that since sleeping in one of my kids older Casper mattress or a Garland Plush, the back pain is gone. They declined the claim via email saying...” we cannot approve your claim at this time...Our warranty covers indentations of the mattress that measure 3/4" or greater…”, totally disregarding my mentioning that the mattress sinks with body heat. This is a common complaint on the Internet reviews. Here is my answer/review of their response and mattress: “...The indentation when cold may be less than 3/4", but with body heat, it sinks. This despite rotating the mattress every 60 days (required). I am sure this is not new information to your company. Nonetheless, I expected this response based on Tempurpedic reviews on the Internet.” I continued: “...I will certainly place my own honest, unfortunately negative (with a picture),review as well. Not because I am disappointed, but because I honestly think that people should know that Tempurpedic isn't worth the price, nor it provides what it claims to provide…. Finally, I am not sure how your staff can reach the conclusion that the mattress isn't sinking 3/4" from a picture with shadows taken from an angle above the mattress...”

We need to start a class action lawsuit against them. They are the worst company ever. I spent $5k on an Adapt mattress and its sagging quite a bit. The store said it had a 10 year warranty so I contacted Tempurpedic. They refused the warranty claim as I dont have a Tempurpedic base. A normal foundation is what I am using and they said they wont honor the warranty as I didnt spend thousands of dollars on their base. Also their customer service is horrible, I even emailed the Corp team and they are as nasty as the 1800 customer service. Buy any other mattress but a Tempurpedic.

Pillow arrived open with the inner everywhere. I was told to put it back in as the product was still serviceable. Terrible experience, how are they not bankrupt? Customer service is less than helpful - you can almost hear the ‘snark’ in their emails. Someone needs to hold them accountable for this fraud.

I’m here to chime in on the ‘no refund policy’. I find it very strange that a company will allow someone to sleep on a mattress for 90 days and will accept a return, but will not take back a remote that is still in its package. We had to buy a replacement remote for our bed when ours stopped working. After I purchased it the remote started working again so I called to return it when we received it but they will not take it back. So ridiculous and such poor customer service!

Company has a no refund policy. They sent me two replacements for my lost remote. Neither I nor their representatives could get them to work but they would not refund the cost. No wonder that the company has such a lousy reputation with customers.
