I can honestly say the pro-adapt is the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on and I spent $4100 on it. Sags on both sides, hubs has back and neck problems due to it and I have tendinitis in both shoulders. Worst night sleep ever- wake up with both hands asleep. Upper arms in so much pain I can’t even reach to pull the sheets over me without excruciating pain. They don’t honor the warranty unless you have 3/4 of an inch sag or more. Don’t buy!

Beware buyers of Tempur Pedic mattresses. I bought top of the line. After a few years, the mattress started deteriorating. It is literally falling apart. The warranty claim process is BS. Jump through a ton of stupid hoops. Then they denied the claim saying the mattress issues were my fault for not having a cover on top of the mattress. I literally supplied pictures of the mattress with the cover in perfect shape (no tears, rips, stains, etc.). This company does not stand behind its products, and its products are subpar quality. If you want to avoid a mistake on a huge purchase, buy another brand.

Expensive mistake! I purchased the top of the line king model and within a year it was bowing on my side. When I called the company, they told me to do some irrelevant test with a broomstick. They denied anything was wrong and never got back to me after several attempts on my end to rectify. The store I purchased the mattress at was no help at all and pointed me back to the manufacturer. I even had my attorney write them and again, there was no answer.

I ordered a mattress directly from the Tempur Pedic website on Black Friday. The mattress was discounted roughly 30%. After receiving the mattress and sleeping on it for 4 nights I decided it was too hard and I wanted to exchange for the softer version. I was told by Tempur Pedic that the mattress was on final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged. I did not see this message anywhere when purchasing. I only knew it was a Black Friday deal. I’m willing to pay any exchange fee or difference in cost for l a new mattress. I told temper pedic I will pay any fees to get the mattress that we want. They said no and are not willing to work with me. It is a $3,900 mattress that I can’t sleep on. Please help make this right.

I will post this review on every Temperpedic review site and file a lawsuit against this company ! Purchased a mattress and bed frame 1/1/22 less than 3 years and both sides of the beds sagging , sent pictures and because the mattress has a stain they void warranty when that has nothing to do with the default . Just met with my lawyer to file a lawsuits for dishonest business practices .

I was a dedicated Sales Manager for Tempur-Pedic in Tucson at the Encantada Mall. I was given no training whatsoever and treated horribly at the end of my tenure. I am a native Tucsonan, my family being here for over 150 years. I do not recommend purchasing Tempur-Pedic as their margins to produce their product and what they are selling their “sleep systems” is ridiculous. Plus what they paid me and my employees was pennies on the huge amount they were making on each bed and base. We were not even paid commissions on their way over priced bedding especially their pillows. Imagine paying $280.00 for a pillow as a consumer. And then us the employees get nothing in return. Look at these reviews. More than half are of my stellar salesmanship and the excellent experience they received at Tempur-Pedic La Encantada. Look at the one most recent by Ms. Joan Prost who came back to my store because I was the best and even bought me lunch and invited me to Christmas dinner. I am a well respected person in my community and am telling you now Tucson do not spend the money on what they are asking you to pay for their products. I am here for the people I love so much in The Old Pueblo. Tempur-Pedic is definitely not here to give you “Undisturbed Sleep”. They are here for your money only! I am helping several of my friends as a consultant to purchase their beds. Saatva is the only company to look at and now so are my friends. They have the Seal of Approval of the American Chiropractic Association and Tempur-Pedic does not. And their prices are way better and have a superior product. Saatva is money well spent. Look them up.

After less than two years of ownership and care, our $4,000+ bed developed mold on the underside of the mattress. We reached out to tempurpedic for assistance and they did not help us out at all. I have not ever in my life been more frustrated with a company that I've purchased a product from. It would be one thing if we bought a $600 mattress and we were treated this way, but this is THE definitive mattress brand in the US. Well, not anymore. I will be spreading the word wherever possible that this company is truly rotten. Will never purchase a Tempur product ever again.

Medium hybrid is not a medium but a firm as a rock mattress . Worse purchase ever . Body hurts everywhere .
