We've been trying for over 5 weeks to get the proper pillows from our LMS order. Tempurpedic will not help at all.

Worst mattress I’ve ever purchased. You’re better off sleeping in a tent in the woods or on a yoga mat. The quality is beyond garbage. The one we received was slanted/ lopsided. Filed four warranty claims so far and they continue to deny, keep asking us to send “additional” pics ( sent 30 thus far). They stonewall un-satisfied customers hoping they go away.

Had this mattress for about 5 to 6 years when we started to see issues with it. I reached out because there was a slant/sag on the left side of the mattress, and it was pretty significant. I turned in the photos like they asked, and they just kept asking for more and more. They basically asked so much that I stopped submitting. Fast forward a year, and the mattress got worse. This time I went back through their warranty process prepared. I have submitted over 20 pictures, and they keep stringing me on, asking for more or saying I didn't do it right. The pictures are obvious, but nope, they still want more. I have lost all faith in tempur-pedic at this point. Their warranty is a sham/scam, and they will just drag you along until you quit. My recommendation is if you want to purchase this mattress, just know the warranty is garbage, and it will fail on you. I only wish they would allow me to upload my photos so you can all see them.

Bought a set of pillows from them. Worst pillows ever. Advertised as firm but hard as rock. They won't take it back saying no return policy on their item. They're going straight to trash. What a waste of my money! Save yourself a trouble and do no buy from them.

Tempur adapt topper is NOT 3 inches, even after letting it inflate fully, it is only 2.5 inches. SCAM

I have never experienced a company or executives try so hard and make up rules so they don’t have to lift a finger. I purchased the ergo pro smart base a little over a year ago and the motors started failing. Regular customer service was no help so I found a few email addresses for executives with the company. What an even worse experience. Rather then just do his job and stand behind the products an “executive “ Marty has made every excuse to not lift a finger and be lazy. Stay away from this company, very expensive lesson learned.

Tempur pedic sleep tracker poor performance. Sleep tracker processor failed to give true readings on sleep and malfunction frequently. Custoner service is of no help...they want me to solve problem when I exhausted all options. I need a technician but they refused to send one , even though I bought sleep tracker bed about 2 years ago. I cannot reset the processor that comes with bed and representatives are of little help. I paid $7000 for this poor product. Shame on tempur pedic...advertising is hyped. Give customers some real help and service to solve the multitude of proble.s with processor. I'm never buying any tempur pedic product again.

MOLD !!!! I bough temper pedic pro adept Mattress less than 3 years ago for 4300$, and I shortly after I got hand legs and eels and I assume it’s connected to new house because I moved to wooden area I thought maybe it’s threes allergy but lately after my husband got exact the same .. since day, one, my mattress had waterproof protective mattress cover, and God knows why I decided to check inside in the product one day . I took off protector and 3 original layers on mattress and saw mold … I contacted customer support. They was very ignorant saying it’s my fault because I did a new proper exploitation. I’m not sure what is proper exploitation for the mattresses at this point ,because I had the water resistant mattress covered since day 1 and my house is brick with central AC unit no mold anywhere in my house. after I stated to dog I could multiple cases like that and million complains about back pain and other small things like broken zipper that they won’t even exchange. Looks like this company just a Scam. If you fall into their scam I would recommend to contact FTC and BBB.
