It just didn’t work. I never got a doc, they never reviewed my rx. They took $79 and gave nothing back. Still waiting on a refund that I requested…. I’m guessing I’m getting totally stiffed.

They took my money. Didn’t send a script for me to CVS as they stated they did. They also sent a text out falsely from CVS stating my script was there. CVS confirmed that CVS did not send the text, so how did I get a text from CVS? Well Telmdfirst sent the text faking it came from CVS. I am sick and in pain and did not get the medication promised me by Telmdfirst. Stole my money and did not get my medication and also got lied to/scammed by Telmdfirst. Indiana State Attorney General, Todd Rokita’s office has been contacted and a complaint has been filed about Telmdfirst fraudulent/illegal scam and Marion County Police, Indianapolis, Indiana has also been contacted and a complaint has been filed about Telemedfirst. I have also filed a fraud complaint against Telmdfirst with my bank. Give me money back or see me in court.

Disgraceful service, zero communication when I need it most. I had a very severe ear infection and needed some pain medication to help me through the first couple of days while the antibiotics took time to work. I called the number and spoke to an operator who assured me my request would be sent to a doctor but I heard nothing back. I told them how much pain I was in, excruciating pain in my left ear with a severe headache, but I never received a follow up call, text or email to help me at my lowest point. As a medical company it’s downright callous and totally unprofessional to just leave a patient with such severe pain. How could they be so heartless to not even contact me to give an answer? If you really have a medical issue just use a local urgent care or try a more reputable telehealth company. I’d hate for anyone to go through what I experienced.

I used the service a few days ago. The service was quick. It’s important to remember that a doctor call you quickly but it may be from a number you’re not familiar with. I’ve use this service several times and gotten excellent service. Please remember these services are not for major medical issues and they don’t issue control meds. It has saved my family and I plenty of from out of pocket. I love this services especially while Covid is still around, it save time and keep you from getting additional germs from an ER or Urgent Care. It covers you and members of your household. I highly recommend this company.

Horrible service. I requested to speak with a provider which was one of their options, never heard from one. Only recieved limited text messages with limited information, limited choices in medication options and no resolution to my issue. Spoke with answering service 3 times all from foreign countries and was repeatedly told I would be contacted in just a few hours. Never happened. Do not use this service.

I am extreamy fortunate to have found this service. I have severe osteo arthritis having had 3 spine surgies & was in need of a Rx NSAID. I have taken the requested med previously, & know it works for me. I was given a Rx, the nx morning after my request. I am extreamly greatful, my pain has been treated & I now, can sleep thru the night! Thank you so much!!

As soon as I called they were very helpful with accommodating all my needs. Everything was so quick and easy. I was able to get my medicine right away with no delays or problems.

I was camping way up in the mountains. I found them by luck online. Read a few reviews thought I'd take a chance. They saved me a Fortune from having to drive to the nearest big town (50 miles away,)and find a doctor. I knew what was wrong because I've had it before.(Even if I did not they ask me the right questions & they knew exactly what it was) No problem they sent me the prescription for the medicine to the drugstore. Within two days I felt better. I took the medicine for a week and was completely cured. Sooo happy. I would definitely trust and highly recommend them. They turned a nightmare into a good experience. My vacation wasn't ruined and neither was my health. I can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend them. It is good to know you have someone you can trust in an emergency.
