I contacted them because I had run out of my blood pressure meds. That’s on me but sometimes life gets in the way. They assured me they could take care of my issues that day. I quickly realized that my emails were being answered by AI. And when I got to speak with a human (maybe) I was lied to. After stupid reasons for not doing what they promised I gave up. I managed to get my meds from someone that actually cared. If you are considering this service run in the other direction as fast as you can. When I threatened to request a full refund the scripts suddenly showed up.

Could not get ANYWHERE WITH THESE GUYS!!! All I was asking for was a refill on blood pressure medication - and you would have thought I was asking for black tar heroine!!! They were worthless!!! Just wanted my bp med!!! One PILL!!! Plus, they couldn’t write prescriptions for my STATE!!!

I wish I could give a hundred stars! I do not have any insurance. These people have helped me through many issues including yeast infections, utis, sinus infections, even a bacterial infection in a cut on my face that the emergency room misdiagnosed. I have no issues getting in touch with anybody whenever I need it. They are there for me immediately and I have meds sent to my Pharmacy within 24 hours. I'm now even getting my birth control refills through them. A huge lifesaver. I love these guys! I recommend them to everybody with or without insurance because it's so much easier than having to wait for a doctor and going through all of that.

Am out of my medication, someone just hanged up on me. They take money from my visa card monthly and no services. Acting like scammers.

Had a UTI and called, spoke to an agent - gave info and what I was looking for in a med... did the one time fee of $79.99. Within 45 minutes received a text with the message, the script for Cipro had been called into my pharmacy. Called my pharmacy and there it was. Very impressed. Highly recommend!

A complete joke. Misdiagnosed. I called 4 times for the same issue and NEVER talked to a real doctor, just a member of a "Medical Team". I was prescribed medication for a sinus infection instead of allergy meds. No one wanted to listen to what I had to say. The barely English speaking agents were extremely rude every time I called back and tried to talk with a doctor. Customer service is 0 stars. I just want to talk to a real doctor and have them listen to me.

I tried this outfit first time right at Christmas 2024. They promised service within minutes, then hrs. after 13 hrs I had to give up and go to an emergency room; but by then the damage was done. They did refund my money; so when they encouraged me to use them again ; now 90 days + later I thought I'd give them a second chance. DO NOT EVER USE THIS OUTFIT !! IT HAS NOW BEEN 36 + HRS THEY HAVE MY MONEY BUT I HAVE NO PRESCRIPTOION ! NOR DO I HAVE AN ANSWER TO REPEATED PLEAS FOR A RESPONSE ! NO No NO !

PAID THERE FEE ON 4-1-25 NEVER HEARD FROM ANY ONE UNTIL 4-2-25 AT 2:51 AM IN THE MORNING LOOKING FOR A PICTURE OF THE BOTTLE OF THE PRESCRIPITION THEN ANOTHER EMAIL WANTING ALL 4 SIDES OF THE BOTTLE SINCE THEN AT ;236 PM NOTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY PATIENT IS ROBERT DAMELIO.
