Very nasty customer service. They lied, hung up in my face and took my money. Do NOT use these people. I wouldn’t trust them or their doctors.

The absolute worst. Do not deal with this organization. It’s a complete scam. I have a common condition that can be treated with one VERY expensive medication and also several well tested much less expensive medications. They were very responsive when they thought I was a candidate for the expensive treatment. When I told them that I don’t tolerate that medication they just stopped responding. Took my money and left me with absolutely no help. Waste of time and money.

Prescription came back needing preauthorization, which they do not do. Never got a new prescription through them and I desperately needed an antibiotic. Then not only could I not get a refund, they wanted to charge me $80 to cancel. Will never use this company again.

I have to give 5 stars as after I signed up for the $29.00 a month service, I got to tell the (Dr.) what was wrong, ear infection and prescription was sent. Very quick and it was what was needed. So I thought I would cancel at the end of the first month which is on the 9th of June and I found out it is a 3 month min. I could cancel after one month but I would have to pay the difference to the one day of service. I decided to keep the service for 2 more months. They did me a great service when I needed them so I will not blame them for my mistake of not reading the "fine print".

Great service. Very streamlined and professional. No hassle, and seemingly great professionals. Dr. Mohammad Khan was wonderful. It was a bit of an odd situation but he worked through it to understand and come to a solution for me. He was punctual, efficient, but personable. I definitely recommend this service.

Do not use this service it's a scam...OMG! more foreigners taking advantage of american citizens nobody speaks English!!waiting to see if they give me my refund... Update they did give me refund ....the people giving 5 stars said no hassle.. my experience must have been different.🤔🤔ok idk how reviews saying quick response what did they do different... something not right??

This service is awful. 3 days after putting in a request for my wife, still haven't heard a thing. Had to call their 888 number, of course they have off-shored their customer service so had to deal with a major language barrier. Eventually found out that the request for my wife is still "pending" even though it should have been handled within "2 hours". That is just the final straw. I used them to get a prescription refill in January and it took 5 days of sending pictures of my old prescription bottle, and then sending them again, and then again and then sending an angry text to them and then, finally, they refilled it.

As a tourist in the USA, I found TelMDFirst online, and chose them because they had a slot for a consultation with a doctor within 30 minutes. I approached them for assistance with a script to replace medication that got lost in transit. Nearly 2 days later I still haven't spoken to a doctor, and despite various conversations with non-medical staff I still don't have a script :-(
