I spoke with them first before I booked an appointment told them what my two issues were and they said I could be treated for those two issues. What they didn’t tell me is that they would charge double for two issues versus one to simple things. Their claim that you get to talk with the doctor in 60 minutes lead you to believe you would have your appointment within 60 minutes and that would be that. Not the truth yes I spoke to a doctor within 60 minutes but then they have to send it to their healthcare specialist so I’m not even sure it was an actual doctor that you were talking to and then wait hours and hours. I texted back to them and they said oh we’ll put you on our priority list. We are very busy and still waited well over another hour. Deceptive practices in my book and of course 100% satisfaction, guarantee or money returned that’s total BS. They won’t even respond.

Useless. No providers in my state, but they still took my money and left me waiting for 3 hours.

telmddfirst.com incorrectly wrote a medication order that I needed as soon as possible, and when I called after being put on a lengthy hold, and tried to explain the situation to the person on the phone, the person answering the phone (he) kept talking over me, would not listen, and when I asked to speak to someone else, he hung up! I also tried the Chat, which froze. I then found a contact form which I utilized and received information that the order had been corrected and sent to the pharmacy. Another day later, my pharmacy still has not received the order so I had to find a another MD to write a new prescription. Very poor customer service especially for a med that I needed immediately. And to be hung up on when I was trying to explain how the medication order could be fixed is just very frustrating. The man answering the phone had no knowledge of medications.

SCAM!!!!! They don’t tell you ANYWHERE that when you sign up? It’s for THREE MONTHS. So your prescription will cost you 90$ of subscription fees for the next 90 days PLUS whatever the price is of the pills. So for basically 150$ you can get a prescription. This place doesn’t care about its subscribers. I called saying how this will take food out of a single mom’s kids mouth! They did not care. I use another site now!!! Do NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.

Said a prescription was sent, but my pharmacy never received it. Called the phone number and emailed the company, and have been either ignored or told it was being looked into. It has been almost two weeks now, and I'm attempting to just get my money back at this point. Absolute lack of customer service. They make sure they get their money, and then leave you hanging.

While my card was charged immediately, no one reached out to help me until well over 12 hours. The website clearly stated it would be two hours. When someone finally did reach out, the prescriptions were never available at my pharmacy. They refuse to refund my fee. I have used other telehealth services and they have all responded promptly and gotten prescriptions to my pharmacy quickly.

Several weeks ago I caught the flu with a persistent cough since, Didn’t want to wait several weeks for an appointment ( walk in clinics full) so I reach out to tellmd to prescribe meds to get over this. After paying all seemed to go well getting meds and taking for a week straight, about half way through I could tell there was no change but continued till completed and then texted twice waiting for response on what to do now, with NO response I decided to call after several days waiting and reached a guy that I could barely understand (from another country) told him the problem that I needed to speak with the doctor again to try another med and he told me I would have to pay in full again. I explained again the situation that I have already paid and just needed a follow up with the doctor.To no avail I was told I needed to see a real doctor anyways . So all in all it was a very big waste of Time and Money. Don’t get ripped off by these scam artists like I did.

The worst. Don’t waste your time and money. You can get through an urgent aide faster and a doctor from here will not ever call you. Even if you request it. They didn’t even read the list of medicine I was on and just prescribed the same one. Also, still don’t have any medicine and it’s been 7 hours.
