They advertise video or telephone call with a doctor but that’s not what you get! You get someone in India confirming the pharmacy you’d like your prescription sent to and then a text saying your prescription has been sent. There’s no talking to a doctor about at home care for the problem you’re having, no discussion about what medication they have sent over for you, nothing. It’s a call center that probably uses ONE real doctor’s license information in order to call in your script. That’s it. No medical guidance or direction for the issues that have brought you to them in the first place. I’m sure this service works fine for people who already know what medication they need and don’t have any questions about their issues they need medication for. But for someone experiencing something they’ve never experienced before that could potentially be life threatening if not properly addressed, how is the patient supposed to know if they can’t speak with an actual doctor?!?! If it’s just a script writing service- fine. But don’t advertise it to be anything more than that. Very misleading!

Complete SCAM!!! Doctors who work here need to be investigated. I do not believe there are true doctors as they use nurse to write scripts for them. SCAM!!!

First experience was seamless and amazing. However, you have to sign up for a few months subscription, which I was cool with at the time (thinking they’re amazing). Second month in, referred my husband into it and tried to log into my existing account. Oh my!! The issues with their site and user flow is shocking. There’s no user-facing flow for accessing existing accounts. I’ve been told by call in support (no one responds to their msg support) that people just need to call support to get a link sent to them to log into their account. Really?? I’m paying a monthly fee! With that said, once you can get over the ridiculous hurdles, it was a great service. I run a tech company and asked to put in a tech support ticket for the issue and I was told they don’t do that, which make me wonder if this is a screwed up business model?

This company issued me the smallest dosages they could with zero refills because they want to charge you for another visit. They’re only interested in is making money, not treating the patient. Sure I got my script, but wasn’t able to clear out my gout because of their shit policies. I tried after the third time to get the amount of pills I needed, they still screwed me. I guess it’s an okay service, but I’ll never use them again.

I needed a script for my daughter and the urgent care in our area was closed so I decided to try them. I completed the questionnaire and entered my payment info to pay $29.95. I clicked submit and an error message came up. I tried a second time and got the same message. Then got a notification from my bank about the two payments (that showed unsuccessful on my end). Even after it showed that I paid, I wasn't able to move beyond the initial questionnaire. I called their customer care number and waited about 20 minutes. A rep with an Indian accent responded (his accent may or may not matter). I told him what happened and he said he'd text me the link to "speak with the doctor". The link led me to the same payment page that I was stuck on. When I told him that it's the same page he insisted that it wasn't the same page and was starting to sound very impatient, stating I wouldn't get help if I didn't completed the form. At that point I knew I was done so I asked for a refund of the two payments and he said it will be refunded but it might take 10-15 business days. I asked why so long and his response was "it depended on my bank". When I heard this I told him that what he was saying sounded like a scam and he sounded like a scammer. His response was that it's okay if I believed that but they're not scammers. Haha! (It's the blatant rudeness of the "customer service rep" that convinced me that the company is not completely legit.) I received receipts for my refunds and my money was returned in less than 5 minutes. I think I got lucky because I still believe this company is a scam. If they're not, they're very sketchy, and I'd not encourage anyone to trust them with their personal information or their money.

Ok, so I just used this service filled out all the question. Was told I would receive a call within 2 hours. I put on the questionnaire that I didn't need to speak with doctor just needed a prescription for my ailment. I knew before hand. Then I started reading all of these reviews about waiting days for a response then I panicked and thought I just got scammed and was going to call back , but right before the 2nd hour like 1 hour 53 min later I received a text saying my prescription was filled to the pharmacy I requested. I picked it up an everything was fine. So, it worked for what I needed it for. Hope this helps someone!
