I believe that the service is a little expensive
I believe that the service is a little expensive. I have had problems in the past with the connection. I’m not sure where that problem exists, wether on this side of the call or the other end. We do not call a lot, because of the expense. We would call more offen, if the rate was more reasonable.

Your services are good but the rates are a bit higher compared to other providers like Boss Revolutions.rates per minutes.

I bought voice credit yesterday hoping …
I bought voice credit yesterday hoping to call later, unfortunately I could not make a very important call even after trying for hours. All I could get is a message your call cannot be completed. I tried other phone numbers and I kept getting the same message. I ended up using rebtel app which is more expensive but reliable. I can't give telephone kenya even 4 star until they address this issue. I will give them another try but if this keeps happening I'm going to use other methods to make my long distance calls.

I have had no issues with telephone …
I have had no issues with telephone Kenya for the last 5 + years as a customer, there’s always clarity in voice transmission and no connection charges, this makes it stand out as one of the best if not the best service by telephone Kenya.
