Hi Simon, Thank you for your review! There are ways to get free credit: -On each purchase you get Thank You points that can be later Converted into Free Voice Credit. At present you have collected 810 points in your account. Hi Elvis, Thank you for your implicit suggestion! At the moment, you can always check your balance online and inside KeepCalling app. Also, we recommend you activate the free feature called Auto Recharge, in your online account. Every time your balance drops below $5 we'll recharge your PIN with the amount specified. This way you will have more control over your balance and ensure that you never run out of call time. They sometimes go up and sometimes they drop, and we need to line up to that to keep the quality of the service. Like any international service that offers transfer of goods, we apply a processing fee for each transaction since you are transferring credit to a mobile number in a different country, for a different currency.
