It's telling me I dialed the wrong number, when it's programmed in and I've all use that number. Plus it tells me that he can't be reached.

I have been having trouble this year with all my international calls. I do not get to finish a conversion without the phone cutting off. I have to call several times to finish a conversation, sometimes it does not last 2 minutes. It has become quite frustrating.

In order to ensure the highest app call quality, please go through these checks: -Make sure you benefit from a strong Internet connection. -Make sure you have the latest app version installed on your device. -Make sure you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider. -Set your Caller ID - this will ensure high quality. Go to your app menu and look for Caller ID, then follow the instructions. The Caller ID is the number showing up on the screen of the person you call. As an alternative, you can try offline calling with the app. You can activate it in the Settings section of your app. You can also try an access number in your area if you want to call without using the Internet. The app continues to drop calls unexpectedly even when there is great wifii. This is happening so often, and the off line calling option is not readily available. I used to love this company but it’s getting more and more frustrating. When the calls connect through the clarity surpasses all other companies I have used before, so do something to the call dropping!
