In order to ensure the highest app call quality, please go through these checks: -Make sure you benefit from a strong Internet connection. -Make sure you have the latest app version installed on your device. -Make sure you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider. -Set your Caller ID - this will ensure high quality. Go to your app menu and look for Caller ID, then follow the instructions. The Caller ID is the number showing up on the screen of the person you call. As an alternative, you can try offline calling with the app. You can activate it in the Settings section of your app. You can also try an access number in your area if you want to call without using the Internet. The service that gives you the best value for money is the Monthly Plan. It offers you a set number of minutes per month at a lower rate/minute and is automatically renewed every 30 days. We have two types of Monthly Plans: Kenya 180, which gives you 180 minutes to any number in Kenya for $19.99/month (11.19.4¢/min), and Kenya 500, which offers you 500 minutes to any number in Kenya for $49.99/month (10¢/min).
