Good voice quality; not so good billing tracking.
Telephone Kenya's website is easy to navigate. Voice quality is good. Ability to reach destination is above average. Cost per call is higher than advertised. Usually billing begins before call is connected. If a call is made and an international operator comes on with a recording, that is being billed making the cost per call higher than advertised..

Great Service, Room for Improvement
Excellent service, very reliable, accounts for every cent. Using this service requires a lot of memorization of numbers though. If a way can be found to call without having to dial the individual numbers, that would be even better.

So far great experience
When I use telephone Kenya I find reception clear, I love that, my only concern is the low minutes. I wish they could rise the minutes.

The last time i used telephone kenya it was the clearlest connection I have had in a long time.
One of the most important things about a service for calling Kenya is the connection clarity and stability. My most recent experience was one of the best I have had in a long time.

GOOD CONNECTION.
There is a good connection but the charges are very high compared to other companies. Lower your charges and will recommend more customers to your company.
