I was told that after I was connected successfully once that it would persist. I was also told I had to purchase a new license and now my instance is using the old license so there is something a miss here. I think it would be a good idea to go back to the License Key model for those customers that leverage VPN and have these types of issue. I enjoy using the SW when it works but it is getting to the point that 2 days of troubleshooting and addition time spent trying to get the license connected after a reboot is not worth the goodness.

Very good products and even better support. The support team has promptly responded to questions with answers and advice. Even when deficiencies in the products were present, they advised with temporary workarounds until the issues could be improved in future versions.
