SUPER customer service, fast, friendly and very customer oriented. I had issues with a Camtasia video I needed for a TV show and was under tremendous time pressure. Their customer service in the US (I am from Germany) helped me and fixed the video in no time. I am a very happy Techsmith customer now.

Had to have my key reset for my Camtasia at work. For many companies that is an issue where they try to get the user to buy new licenses or BS like that. Techsmith support helped me as soon as they got my email. Everything works again and I'm super duper happy. Great job!

This is the best sreenshot and video capture tool out there I have shared it with 4 or 5 people now and everybody loves the functionality easy to use and always on.
