Snagit is a really good product but there are far too many emails on a range of products which affects the score given.

You not only have great products that do what a user expects, you also have great & useful training information. And whenever a question arises or a flaw shows up, you have a great support team to help out the users. And that all for a very affordable contribution. Thanks a lot, Tech Smith!

I was having trouble getting my license updated. They fixed the issue overnight and when I logged in the next day it worked again :)

It was quickly resolved since there was a solution. The downside is that such a solution was even needed. As I pointed out then, if the user could easily see how many activations he/she has for the purchased product and right there deactivate one to activate another, no time-wasting chat and employee intervention would've been necessary.

It was just a request and not sure if it will be considered or even when it will be available.

Great software, always striving to improve with updates, and super customer service.
