SolidWPReviews of solidwp.com

This company has displayed integrity and honesty by honouring grandfathered licences for years now and providing updates and support. That's why I spent the time coming here to review them in appreciation for them to continue doing the right thing by their long-term users. Having relied on their WordPress security and backup tools for over a decade through various ownership changes, I can confidently say their commitment to their original customers is rare and highly valued. Highly recommended.

A fast, friendly and useful response. Fixed my issue straight away.

Great products and excellent support, I'm using Solid Security and Central to manage multiple sites, it works like a charm.

Well the support team is very kind. The show a lot of patience with me. Although it was a bit difficult for me to implement it, the team never left me alone. The solution works as promised. I like that I have daily backups outside my server. On the security part only in 8 days, the system blocked nearly 1000 attacks. I am very happy with them.

While I like the end product, it feels like I struggle with something every time I log in. Either I can't log in, or it keeps redirecting me to a different login page, or the site doesn't sync, or the Client Dashboard fails.

prompt and helpful

Very easy to use and the support is great if you need any help.

All tech support personnel I dealt with at SolidWP were extremely helpful in resolving my technical setup issues and exceeded my expectations on overcoming the limitation I was experiencing. This boosted my confidence in both their products and the team behind them. Thank you!
