I’ve been using TechSmith products, especially Camtasia, for almost 20 years, and they’ve always been my go-to tools. Their customer support is among the best I've seen. They're quick to respond, helpful, and easy to work with. Sure, there are times I wish a specific feature existed, but I’ve never had a support issue go unresolved. The apps do exactly what they’re designed to do, and they keep getting better every year.

Its a garbage Software. I spent 14 hours straight editing a video, and when i tried to save it, some files went missing. BS!

AVOID! HORRIBLE! Overpriced rubbish that force you into a subscription and removed the ability to buy a license. AI Chatbots for support that dont help you and just keep apologizing and sending you the same answers without understanding what you want. UPDATE: they say they don’t use chat bots… well they have horrible staff replying you. They don’t answer your questions and are no help. So disappointing
