I first chatted with Rio online, and he escalated the request to Nick Godfrey. My experience with Nick Godfrey was pleasurable, as he responded the next day with an explanation and a resolution to my duplicate billing issue. I asked another question a few days later, and he replied a minute later. That was excellent customer service. Thank you for allowing me to address my pleasure with this service.

Great products (I use Snag IT almost daily and I have made several professional quality videos with Camtasia. I recently use Screencast for the first time to upload a video with interactive hotspots which was also remarkably easy). Technical support is rarely necessary but when it is, the support staff is VERY helpful.

Snaggit is repeatedly crashing. Customer support hasn't solved the issue promptly furthermore they are asking for the same information that I've already provided to them. Lazy and inefficient service.

I've been using Camtasia and Snagit since their initial releases. I created all two dozen of my Pluralsight courses with Camtasia; nothing comes close in its price range. Snagit is, by far, the best screen capture tool I've ever used. It does a lot more than just capture areas of your screen. I won't go into all the details, but it is well worth checking out their website to see all that it can do.
