Good for the most part. Sometimes if the api can't connect with the servers, the tax rate is missed and doesn't collect correctly. Or occasionally the tax rate is wrong. For the most part the system works. I wish there was a better way to integrate in refunds or partial refunds. Seems those are still a manual process for us....

Hi Matt - We appreciate your review. If you can provide us examples of where you believe rates are wrong we're happy to look into it. Doesn't happen often as we get audited by the states. Regarding returns, are you using our returns API? Both use cases you mention can be addressed via that API.

One of our sites just doesn't work right. TaxCloud has us send a list of transactions the website has captured and they process it at the end of the month. The other site works ok now, but it took a while to get going. We had a "special need" earlier this year and TaxCloud worked on it - and somehow ended up registering us with a variety of state sales tax offices using one of customer's addresses!
