TaxCloudReviews of taxcloud.com

Excellent and prompt customer service is available when and if the tax cloud service is down for some reason. The recovery time was also very short leading to minimal business impact. The system came already set up with Odoo and was very straightforward to use. We have been using taxcloud for the past 2+ years and are satisfied with the service we have received

customer service for setup was easy and great

Very good! I love this service. Very good! I love this service. Very good! I love this service. Very good! I love this service. Very good! I love this service.

Excellent Service, much appreciated!

We currently are in test mode and every month i have to restate this or TaxCloud automatically stops updating and we have to call and wait. If we are in test mode we need to stay in test mode until we change it to live. Period.

TaxCloud has been an incredible partner to our company in ensuring our 100% compliance with all tax responsibilities. They have designed a service that makes taxes simple, which is not simple to do! The TaxCloud team consistently over the years has provided a high level of service - available for any questions, helpful, ethical, professional, effective, and always a pleasure to interact with. We appreciate TaxCloud and highly recommend them.

I have enjoyed working with the taxcloud team. I find them very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. One thing we need them to get straightened out are the payment of 2018 sales taxes. and we need to see why our liability is accruing at a different rate than their calculations.

TaxCloud took an arduous and time-consuming task and made it painless and easy. The customer service is outstanding!
