Great platform; easy to integrate with exchanges; very friendly customer service that immediately answered my question and resolved my issue.

The customer service was great although slightly lagging with massive influx but that’s being addressed. Some of the trades especially futures contracts still do not lid properly but bc it didn’t affect my taxable basis wasn’t as concerned as I will be for this years taxes. Overall, easy to use and I’d say I’m 90% satisfied. Good value for the cost IMO. Other programs have poor GUIs and I like all the API integration. Need more support for cold wallets so I can view portfolio performance and make tax advantageous trades more consistently.

The representative is always prompt and courteous. My only concern is that I have not heard back on my most recent question regarding the tax calculation estimation field that has been discontinued. Additionally, sometime responses take a little while. Again, the rep. is always very helpful and concerned about my question/concern. So, his review is much higher ordinarily. Thanks

Taxbit has been amazing. They have had multiple people on their team assist me, and I have been offered clear guidance throughout the process of figuring out my taxes. All really nice, prompt, and smart people. Their service is exceptional, well worth the affordable price. They have even helped me configure documents I had problems converting. Other crypto tax services do not offer anywhere near the level of help that Taxbit does—I can say that from experience. I look forward to using Taxbit in 2021 and beyond. Their entire team is fantastic. I am really grateful I used Taxbit. I am not easy to please, generally, but Taxbit was simply great.
