Good help. Some of the guidance was off on the xrp wallet. Also the csv expected queue time of 6 days was sorta long (that's half the trial time roughly).

I really like the program overall. The interface is friendly and the functioning is smooth. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is simply because it is not presently compatible with two of my exchanges and one of my wallets. I expect that the compatibility will continue to increase, and I do intend to use the program again next year.

First time using Taxbit. Had a question on Friday evening. I was first in chat queue. Got the answer I needed and explanation of why. A few transactions didn't import correctly but easier to track down than the site I used the past two years.

I've never paid crypto taxes before, and I was alittle nervous. I didnt know what I was doing, but Tricia was amazingly helpful. she had orange hair in her picture, but told me it was now purple and teal, so you know she's cool. Tricia was a shining star, she made this experience incredibly easy and something I look forward to doing year after year. I'll use taxbit forever.

I wanted to sync Gemini and BlockFi transactions to Taxbit; however, the link to BlockFi was not available and there was no definite time that it would be added. This was incredibly frustrating. The chat was able to get me to manually link it and it was not too difficult. I have terminal experience so it was familiar; however, I could see it being scary for a complete noob. Anyway, the transactions were added and it was fine. I am happy with the support given by Taxbit despite the lack of functionality on the website.
