Being a novice in this area, the TaxBit customer service people were great -- patient and very helpful. Getting all my data uploaded into TaxBit was not as difficult as I had anticipated. And the tax reports generated helped make doing my taxes much easier. Highly recommended.

Had a few inaccuracies and issues with filing and inputting issues but they were fixed after notifying them of the issues within a few days, great service, A little pricy for what they offer.
