The worst I’m have the worst experience with this bank

Mazuma is amazing. I literally bank almost every day. Everyone is always friendly and fast . Thanks Jonathan for always taking the time to say hi , even if you are not doing my transaction.

Man I must say, Mario b from the Overland Park branch is the best! He’s always helpful and understanding. I’ve been having issues for a while and he has always been by mystify every step of the way to get my issue resolved! Thank you mario for all you do and continue for mazuma! Thank you thank you thank you!

Unresponsive, and no work whatsoever done in the last 5 months, while they keep charging me monthly. Software is confusing and does not work well, the people stated to be my liaisons are not, and I have to go through hoops and loops to get in contact with the right people. I have talked to three different tax experts and I still don't have a plan for my taxes coming next year. I would not recommend to anyone.

SCAM!!!! Please don't sign up for the subscription service as many people have stated! They are great communicating with you prior the subscription starts and when you want to cancel it!! Other than that it is a waist of time and money!! Please DON'T sign up for this service!!!!
