Incomplete product, but support is fantastic. There is no way to mark transfers in as mining rewards which was a complete showstopper for me, and generally found the interface to be poor and hard to navigate. CoinTracker is far superior and I've switched to that. That said, my experience with the TaxBit support team was great. Within a few minutes I was able to get my questions answered on what was and wasn't possible to do with the product. Too bad their product isn't more fully featured, especially for the price, because the support experience was outstanding.

There is a bug with my account that will not allow me to update my cost basis. I have been waiting for over two weeks for tech support to resolve my issue. I had to purchase a competitor's product in order to file my taxes (waste of $500)!

Very easy to use. Support staff is easy to work with. Ease of mind. It's 'easy like Sunday morning's :-)

One of the best products in the industry

So I was really dreading doing my crypto taxes as this was my first year doing them and I had no clue where to begin. Everyone I dealt with at TaxBit was so friendly and so helpful. They walked me through every bit of the process. They made it so easy. I can’t believe I was so scared. I can’t stress enough how impressed I am with everyone there. I dealt with Lexie mostly and she was just a dream come true. Any question I had, and there were a lot of them, she was right there to answer and if she didn’t know the answer, she got back to me quickly with the answer. I LOVE TAXBIT and I’ll use them again and again each year. Thank you TaxBit!

So far, it's a great tool for centralizing my crypto. I've been looking for that.
