TaxBit, this tax season, 2022, compared to last year's 2021 tax season was "A breeze"! Last year, I could barely breathe or sleep with any Of the SAAS programs... My TaxBit rep Vanessa, conducted herself professionally and patiently as she represented TaxBit & MYSELF, in the most effective & efficient manner possible. A 'Gem' of an employee TaxBit has. Kudos! Well done! Keep improving! We need companies like TaxBit! However, I think it's the exchanges fault...losing cost basis addresses! About 10 of my trades were not properly recorded; nor recorded in any of my exchanges, nor was the exchange aware of these 'missing, important' cost transactions... Closer attention is required to report details all year long is best. I'm trying "CoinLedger" this year!

Gathering everything together for taxes is always a chore but the thought of gathering every last crypto transaction had me quite anxious. However, once I discovered TaxBit, my worries were over. The only difficulty was when I transferred Bitcoin to my node. The node crashed and fortunately I was able to recover most of it through a third party app and TaxBit, understandably couldn’t decipher this. I was, however able to modify the file to accommodate for the difference. All in all, TaxBit was a great help.

Long and frustrating story but now I recommend them. I went through some serious problems with the tax optimizer recommendations. I went to customer service and they weren't helpful. Unfortunately, I had to create a negative review here to get attention but in the end they were able to fix everything. It would have been five stars if they were able to address the issues with their customer service support. The industry is growing faster than anybody can keep up. They seem like they are doing their best to keep up. I'm going to keep using them and recommend them.

Find it hard to import my csv from moonlet on my phone.

I was having so many issues dealing with other software when I heard about this company and the cool feature they have to help you offset gains and losses. The few that I spoke with at TaxBit we’re extremely helpful getting my stuff together and in answering all my question that I had, and there were a bunch of questions I had. They also were very helpful in getting my csv files formatted so that I could upload them. I would give 5 stars if only there was an easier way to upload csv files and if the api would work better and with more of the wallets and exchanges that are out there. I know it’s still very early in the crypto world so no one can expect that much since there are new tokens and exchanges popping up all the time. I just hope in near future we get closer and closer to what we need to make it everything work together much easier.

Ive been using TaxBit for awhile now and am very happy with their service. Being an older woman in my 70's has lead me to technical challenges that I could not resolve. TaxBit Support was there for me at every step of the way. I recommended them highly as a business professional myself. This is a customer caring company....

Not seamless yet, but getting there.

Support is great: prompt, responsive, and helpful. Had some questions, heard back quickly, problem was solved.
