Ease of setting up appointments
Ease of setting up appointments, virtual appointments available. My counselor is professional and caring and understands the struggles and sets goals or provides a treatment plan that is appropriate for my situation.

Therapist=Great, Customer Service=Sucks
My therapist is great but the platform itself sucks. There was an issue where my insurance changed codes and they started billing me from my supplemental carrier which costed me more out of pocket and they never rectified. To this day (1+ year) I have not been reimbursed.

I definitely chose the right therapist!!! It’s convenient, it’s safe and flexible. No issues with insurance. As long as you do your responsible part, it all goes very smooth.

Very easy to find a provider and set up…
Very easy to find a provider and set up appointments. The app tracks your progress, and the providers are extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. I enjoy how easy it is to set up or cancel and appoint. There are constant reminders so you don’t miss an appointment. I also enjoy how you can either, text, call, or video call.
