Zero Customer Support
The biggest issue I have is that the support literally does not exist. I submitted a support ticket 2 months ago (2271459), and nobody answered. I submitted another one 1 month ago (2297476), and again no answer. Literally ZERO response. The purpose of going with Talkspace and not directly to someone is for these benefits of support, but they have literally no support. You have issues, and you are left to your own, and they steal your money. I've used multiple therapists with them, and it appears they have just gone downhill, and the company is falling apart. My next therapists, I'll go directly to someone or use BetterHelp for improved support.

No Show
This would have been my second appointment with this provider. However 10 minutes after our time should have started I received communication that they canceled our appointment. This is very unprofessional and does not look good for Talkspace. I am disappointed, but it will not keep me from visiting other providers in the future from here.
