You're supposed to HELP people with their mental health not drive them into debt!
I used this service because it was advertised through my health insurance as being covered. A week later, I was unexpectedly charged $198 for my session and only informed of this the morning of my next appointment. I was devastated — this cost is completely unaffordable, and I planned to cancel. However, because it was within the 24‑hour window, I was told I would be charged again for canceling. I went ahead with the session, and after explaining the situation, my therapist kindly offered to make the visit no charge. The call lasted less than 10 minutes. Despite this, I woke up today to yet another $198 charge. There is no customer support, no way to resolve billing issues, and no transparency. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. These practices feel misleading, and the company needs to be upfront about costs before people invest their time, emotions, and energy.
