I feel validated and heard
I feel validated and heard. My counselor, Leah gives me many tips and suggestions to assist me on my journey. I lost my son almost 4 years ago and was still struggling with the loss.

Found Help
Finding a therapist was easy to do. The appointment times are hard to get in with so many people scheduled.

Disastrous customer service and billing
I started personal counseling and couples counseling with this company in November of last year. January hit and I the system started saying that my insurance is not accepted. I spoke with my insurance and they not only already paid for their services but continues covering for it. If I knew that this was going to happen I would have never started therapy with them. They kept opening tickets and closing them as "solved" When I called they said they cannot help me. When I asked for a supervisor they said there is nobody available. Even when I called one day that they have "emergency services for moments of distress" they wouldn't help me, the therapist who was on call said I have to speak with my therapist. Awful service, awful customer services, awful billing. Disaster. Stay away from them!

Trying to obtain your medical records
Trying to obtain your medical records. I don’t understand why the provider can’t release your medical records even if you had sign the medical release form! I’ve been taken off of work for std and all they need is office notes so that I can get paid on my std. You can’t talk to a live person about it.

Finally
I finally found a therapist that is willing to see me. After a year of looking I can finally say I am getting the help I need. I love the fact that you can schedule your appointments when it works for you and that there is plenary of option!

Talkspace was my life raft in the sea of challenges that was 2024.
Talkspace felt LIFE SAVING this year. I loved the ability to use the messaging sessions for the challenges I experienced in between my video sessions with my Therapist. Here she would provide really interesting perspectives on the situation and offer me helpful reflection questions to consider. As someone that suffers from overthinking, it was so helpful to get out of my thought loops and into the present moment to allow my brain to process and move on from the challenge. I appreciated the app updates you made mid-year to make the user experience so much easier to navigate and generally a lot more aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I couldn't have made it through this incredibly challenging year without the ease of this app and the support of my Therapist.
