Horrible providers, but the worst part is the way they backend payment. They will quote you $0 insurance copay for months before you miss a session or decide on a different provider and then hit you with the full price for every session you had attended. Read other reviews! This is a common problem with these scamming assholes. And they are fighting my banks fraud department about it. They quoted me $0 and ended up billing me almost $1k for 3 months of treatment. Date of experience is when they billed me, without warning, directly to my credit card, for all the service I had received, all at once. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!!

All the therapists I have seen, all give a wonderfully different perspective to life. It has helped me to grow, and even helped encourage me to pursue the same field of helping others.

The therapist was fantastic and the ease of connection was superb. The only thing to watch out for is the Talkspace policy on missed sessions. I was unable to log in for a session due to driving in a rainstorm, and Talkspace kept trying to bill me for the missed session.

The app allows for remote therapy wherever you are, which is extremely helpful. I've used two therapists for marriage counseling and one for individual. They have all been attentive and invested in the journey. It's been a pretty rough year, but having these resources have definitely made a difference.

Since joining TalkSpace, I have felt ALOT better. Not perfect, but getting there. My therapist is very easy to talk to, listens well and understands my needs. I will be continuing my healing journey here!
