Advertised a free test yet didn’t give me my results unless I paid. It’s disgusting making people fill out questionnaires for 20 minutes to then charge them. I think they’re using this data to improve their service, without informing the customer.

I love talk space! It’s convenient and I love my therapist!! She listens and cares.

Talkspace is convenient and has many providers to choose from. You add your insurance info and answer a few preference and other questions and get matched with a few providers to choose which one you think would work for you. If you don't feel the provider is a match after some sessions, you can switch to someone else. Many providers have time slots outside of 9am-5pm for those who work those hours.

I feel seen, heard, and understood. My therapist is EXACTLY right for me. I love her. The trust is amazing. I highly recommend this process and this app to anyone who needs support, help, guidance, or just to check in for maintenance. It’s a great resource.

Out of four scheduled visits, the therapist cancelled two and had to cut short the other two. I will be cancelling my membership and am very disappointed and upset.

My sessions helped a lot and I was able to vent. Feedback was always positive and made me think about me more than the other person. I would’ve loved to continue sessions but my new insurance doesn’t cover appointments

Talkspace provides clients the ability to research and match with potential therapists for certain needs. I really like that you can choose your therapist, get to know their backstory and see if they are the best fit for you. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because they don't make it clear enough how billing works for each therapy session. And to use another service provided by them you would need to pay an additonal charge just to start a consultation. Besides that I've enjoyed my therapist and how much they dedicate themselves to understanding me and finding ways to cope through certain traumas. Thanks to them I've been able to really understand where a lot of things stem from and find ways to deal with it.
